Be advised that most tent sites have a tent pad but a few are primitive mountain terrain (rocky). The one RV site is for 16 ft. or less vehicles and smaller teardrop trailers with limited hook-up and no dump station. Restroom and shower facilities are located within the park. The BEAR'S DEN cabin is a 1 room 1 bathroom cabin. Built to sleep 4 with a spacious queen bed perfect for falling asleep on, a cozy twin bed for reading/sleeping, and stowed under the twin bed is an adventure cot for that outside nap on the deck. The cabin is equipped with a mini fridge/freezer, a Keurig coffee maker, and a microwave) inverter. In the bathroom we have a metal wrapped 22" deep soaking tub equipped with a rainfall shower head to wash the stress away. No glamping cabin would be complete without a wave activated hand dryer a 43" Wi-Fi connected smart TV and the latest plug ins with USB ports included so you can forget that charging box at home. Coffee, bedding, towels, bar soap, provided. So what are you waiting for? It's time to camp!

As always, we had a great stay here this weekend. Brian and Misty truly make this rv park a pleasure to stay at. We loved seeing all the birds the feeder brought in and loved seeing the chipmunks too. Park is clean and all hookups work great. Well thought out park.

Love this campground, it was peaceful, large camp sites with full hookups. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Our friend’s reservation was cancelled at another cabin my mistake and they were able to accommodate our friends last minute.

Fantastic park, very clean restrooms, excellent shower facilities. Great gift shop. Quiet hours were honored, and the star gazing was great. The trails were well maintained. Wonderful place to camp.

I’ll start by saying Vincent is an amazing host, and was very accommodating. Our family had a remarkable stay. The kids got to play in the creek and run around like maniacs. Sleeping at night was soothing listening to the water. (Who needs white noise when you have a babbling creek 15 feet away. It was perfect for a weekend getaway.

Really lovely land with all the amenities. Tonya was very responsive to questions and made sure I felt welcomed and had what I needed to have a nice easy stay. I booked my stay there at the last minute, as an unplanned detour after several days of mechanical emergencies, and it was such a relief to be in a beautiful bit of nature with all of my RV needs taken care of.

Excellent location. Hank and Preston (two Great Pyrenees) were the best, they watched over us to make sure we were safe :o). Shannon and Brian were great hosts, friendly and wonderful communication before our arrival. The Ranch is stunning, my wife and I took a walk around their fields; stunning flowers and overall beautiful grounds.
We even bought a few items from their Farm Store.

Barker Gap was a perfect stop for us. We had our 2 dogs. The campsite is beautiful. Picturesque. Lots of trees and very peaceful. We enjoyed our trip very much. The Hosts were very kind and helpful. Answered questions quickly. I would highly recommend. I love how small it is as well. Sites had plenty of room and nice level spots.
