Three Ponds Community

It’s amazing. Just be sure to know it’s on someone’s property where they live and the pool and hot tub are no privacy and right on the back porch. Also the camp spots don’t already have tents but the photos show tents so we were confused at first. You pee outside and poop in a compost. The shower is outside their house. They have a dome and some cabins but you still pee and poop outside. Don’t expect the cacao ceremony or anything they didn’t have anyone to do it. We never received our wood we purchased or a grill until we hunted them down and asked. They never greeted themselves. They never sent us the instructions and we waited outside the gate for the code for 45 minutes. It just wasn’t relaxing at first and required a lot of patience but in the end it was really fun and okay with the lake not far. The pool and hot tub had no hours and we would return in the future. It did make us feel safer to be on a fenced in property than out in the open at a camp site as two girls camping. Also they have a dog who checked on us a lot and that made us feel safer. They have goats, a donkey, and several birds.

Enjoyed our stay overall.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The place is beautiful, with incredible outdoor spaces and great hiking areas. Since the property is gated, it felt very safe. Our dome was comfortable and generally clean, although the refrigerator could have been cleaner. The shower area was also clean and well maintained. The restroom facilities could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness, but they were not bad. The main concern during our stay was finding ticks. We found ticks not only around the property but also on our bodies and on some of the furniture, which made us paranoic. This was especially concerning because we were traveling with two small children and had to be extra cautious throughout our stay. We understand that this is a nature-based camping/glamping experience, but it might be helpful for management to consider additional pest control or fumigation measures to help reduce it. Despite this issue, we still enjoyed our stay. The location, the outdoor spaces, and the overall experience were excellent. We would recommend this place, particularly for families who enjoy nature and outdoor activities.

Such a gorgeous place. We had an incredible time here. It was peaceful, quiet, clean, and so so beautiful. We are absolutely going to return here so soon. GO HERE!! It feels luxurious.

Enchanting. That sums it up pretty well. The site is quiet and with lots of magic whimsy to it. Cute animals on the land, and lots of trails to explore. We saw a semi aquatic turtle and could hear the birds singing all the time. The view from the cabins window on the trees is priceless. The cabin is the closest unit to the shower and dry bathroom, which is convenient. If you want more privacy, go for another one of the cabins or tent sites which were a little further nested in the woods. The cabin was very well equiped, potable water, coffee machine, microwave and a mini fridge and lots of supplies. Really awesome and cozy stay, host was friendly, thoughtful and highly responsive.

Camping in Paradise

The 3pm da community tent camping was awesome! This is a large property with lots of different trails to explore and my dog and I enjoyed our walks and seeing all the cool little things that were around the trails and other camp areas. The folks here were very welcoming and friendly. There’s an outdoor shower with a view. I can’t recommend this camping experience enough!! Anyone who comes here will enjoy every aspect of their time here ☺️

Beautiful place. Wonderful people.

I’ll start by saying expectations were exceeded by a long shot. The room itself was well kept and very comfortable. The property was beautiful. The people were truly so kind and wonderful. We stayed for two nights and there was a bit of firewood by our fire pit that got us through two small evening campfires. (Additional firewood available for a small price) I brought carrots and apples and fed the donkey, pig and goats each morning. They were all very friendly and pleasant critters. We even befriended a few cats. Definitely fell in love with their dog Spooky. He’s very mindful of keeping space so if you aren’t fond of dogs he’s no bother, but if you show interest he becomes the sweetest chaperone and will tag along on your adventure. It was my first time using a compost toilet, and it was easier than I’d expected. Seats were clean and toilet paper stocked. The outdoor shower was a nice touch and a short walk from jacuzzi/pool. Both of which were also in great shape/clean. We also did a Sacred Cacao Ceremony with Hailey. She was very knowledgeable and a wonderful guide. She tailored the ceremony to us and it felt very genuine. The Dragon Dome where it’s held is gorgeous. Worth every penny. They’ve created a lovely little oasis, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of it. Highly recommend Three Ponds for a multitude of reasons. We can’t wait to return and will definitely explore more of their Offerings.

my gf and i loved the little cabin we stayed in and everything else about the land. the animals were so cute and we especially loved spooky. he made sure we were always safe and he kept us company. the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day and it’s so convenient that the shower is right by it. it also helps that the owners are so nice and always quick to respond. overall everything was 10/10 and we can’t wait to come back!

It was lovely land and such cozy accomodations. Joe was very responsive to me in the app, and accommodated our needs. We loved taking a hike around the trails on the land, and would love to take advantage of the outdoor shower next time we visit when it's warmer!

Sunny's Hut in January

My stay at Joe's property was highly satisfactory. I particularly appreciated the accommodations and the scenic views. The cabin was equipped with both cooling and heating units, neither of which proved necessary during my visit. While I initially had reservations about the shower due to the occasional low temperatures in the 40s, it performed surprisingly well. The water temperature was consistently sufficient to counteract the cooler weather conditions.I would certainly recommend another stay here.

Overall, the experience was awesome. The only downside was that the sink had no water, which made things a bit difficult. I arrived at the campsite after dark, and finding my way to the cabin actually turned into a fun little adventure—it felt like a treasure hunt. Despite the small inconvenience, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I honestly liked the property and the campsite. I really enjoyed cooking steaks over the fire and exploring the woods. After dinner my brother went to sleep and I stayed up a little longer to scroll on my phone and enjoy the fire. All of a sudden I saw something or someone come into our campsite. I jumped up and screamed absolutely terrified. This woke my poor brother up. We then went to sleep for a while before we were both woken up by dogs barking all through the night. We thought that was bad, but nothing could prepare us for what came next. An ear splintering chorus of roosters that crowed non stop for hours. There was one rooster in particular that never stopped for hours and hours and hours on end. I've raised chickens all my life, grew up around chickens and own around forty chickens to this day. I have never ever heard a chicken that loud and that stupid and that persistent. My brother and I were both dumbfounded. How could that rooster keep crowing continuously? It was honestly incredible. The sun wasn't even up before he started. I'm not even kidding when I say he had to of crowed for at least four hours straight. Never taking a break. Just a continuous cadence of crow - inhale - crow - inhale - crow for hours. The other ten roosters in the area joined in quite a bit too, but nothing compared to that one rooster with indestructible vocal chords. Needless to say, we left un-rested. Ear plugs would have made it perfect. It was rough without them to say the least.
