At the edge of a small town in Oklahoma, plenty of space to look out over hayfields, lounge in one of our hammocks, sit around the fire, watch chickens, ducks, and geese, and maybe lend a hand to one of our varied farm projects. Permaculture-based polyculture market garden that sells organic veggies and herbs. A few miles from Twin Bridges State Park has RV dump station.
The town is walkable and there are plenty of our bikes you can use. The main parking area will have some lights from the neighbors and 2 lane highway, but also have private areas to set up a chair or hammock. Behind the hedgerow (to the North) there's a mowed areas for a tent. There's also a tree platform. A train runs through town about 10 x day and night about 5 blocks away. There's capacity for leaving your trash/recycling here (I have to pay for weekly pick-up but rarely is my bin full), there's also washer/dryer that can be used (within reason)

The 3pm da community tent camping was awesome! This is a large property with lots of different trails to explore and my dog and I enjoyed our walks and seeing all the cool little things that were around the trails and other camp areas.
The folks here were very welcoming and friendly. There’s an outdoor shower with a view.
I can’t recommend this camping experience enough!! Anyone who comes here will enjoy every aspect of their time here ☺️

I loved camping on this property! I was happy to see that there was a cute picnic table available to us. Location felt secluded but also close enough to people in case of an emergency. There was plenty good wood around for a good campfire. And the stars were abundantly clear at night! We awoke to the calls of what sounded like many different species of birds. 2 nights at Three Ponds Community
I’ll start by saying expectations were exceeded by a long shot. The room itself was well kept and very comfortable. The property was beautiful. The people were truly so kind and wonderful.
We stayed for two nights and there was a bit of firewood by our fire pit that got us through two small evening campfires. (Additional firewood available for a small price)
I brought carrots and apples and fed the donkey, pig and goats each morning. They were all very friendly and pleasant critters. We even befriended a few cats. Definitely fell in love with their dog Spooky. He’s very mindful of keeping space so if you aren’t fond of dogs he’s no bother, but if you show interest he becomes the sweetest chaperone and will tag along on your adventure.
It was my first time using a compost toilet, and it was easier than I’d expected. Seats were clean and toilet paper stocked.
The outdoor shower was a nice touch and a short walk from jacuzzi/pool. Both of which were also in great shape/clean.
We also did a Sacred Cacao Ceremony with Hailey. She was very knowledgeable and a wonderful guide. She tailored the ceremony to us and it felt very genuine. The Dragon Dome where it’s held is gorgeous. Worth every penny.

About
Oologah! It’s a cool word, and also an awesome park! Oolagah Lake is especially popular with boaters. There are 14 boat launches here, and a full-service marina. The lake is great for sailboats—you can catch some wind on the wide stretches of water. Anglers, cast a line for the sand bass, catfish, hybrid striped bass, crappie, and walleye. There are two sandy swimming beaches here, so take a dip in the refreshing waters, or just stretch out on a towel and enjoy the scenery. Don’t forget your sunscreen! There are lots of hiking trails to choose from. Check out Will Rogers Country Centennial Trail. It’s an 18-mile trail that winds along the shoreline, through woodland and open meadow. Keep your eyes open and camera ready for wildlife and great water views. The foliage is especially beautiful in the autumn. Don’t forget to share your best shots with us!
