A little bit about how we started. Like most of us, we were in desperate need of a place to get away from the bustle and grind of daily life, to slow down, decompress, and destress. This land the universe had waiting for us, gave us just that! It changed our lives and now we are excited to open up this sanctuary to others who share our passion for the great outdoors! Interestingly, each year we find out more about our home, from its Native American prehistory, to its 19th century Civil War conflict, and most recently, a lost article published in the 1940s in the local Oklahoman gazette that enticingly gossips about long lost Buried Treasure!

Not too far from home, but just far enough to feel like an adventure, we are conveniently located 20 minutes outside the quaint college town of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Our sites offer both large open areas for vehicles and activities paired with private wooded forest for tents and seclusion. Individual sites are many acres apart designed in such a way that every experience is peaceful and private. We offer maintained camping sites which are easily accessible that come with amenities, in addition to our alternative primitive camping experience for the pros further in the Backwoods. What ever your needs or preference we have a spot for you! We have easy access to two main highways with the nearest Walmart 10 minutes away, not to mention great cell phone coverage for all the main providers at most locations on the property.
A little bit about how we started. Like most of us, we were in desperate need of a place to get away from the bustle and grind of daily life, to slow down, decompress, and destress. This land the universe had waiting for us, gave us just that! It changed our lives and now we are excited to open up this sanctuary to others who share our passion for the great outdoors! Interestingly, each year we find out more about our home, from its Native American prehistory, to its 19th century Civil War conflict, and most recently, a lost article published in the 1940s in the local Oklahoman gazette that enticingly gossips about long lost Buried Treasure!

The 3pm da community tent camping was awesome! This is a large property with lots of different trails to explore and my dog and I enjoyed our walks and seeing all the cool little things that were around the trails and other camp areas.
The folks here were very welcoming and friendly. There’s an outdoor shower with a view.
I can’t recommend this camping experience enough!! Anyone who comes here will enjoy every aspect of their time here ☺️

I enjoyed the lovely design and The campsites and land are beautiful. Ash sent helpful instructions and was responsive during messages because I got in later than I hoped and it was a short stay. We had the BEST car camping experience here. Truly 10/10.
Ash was an incredible host, the perfect balance of helpful and laid-back. He checked in on us without ever being overbearing and made sure we were comfortable the whole time, even with the heat and nearby (UN)controlled burns. We felt completely taken care of and safe.
When we mentioned the kids were hoping for water to play in, he went above and beyond — setting up sprinklers on the property and even showing us a hidden water spot. None of us expected summer temperatures in March! He also pointed out a shortcut to the bath house from our site, which was super helpful and appreciated.
Our site was so beautiful, tucked back on the property next to a small canyon with tons of shade. The hammocks already set up were such a nice touch, and we added a few more for the kids which made it even better. There were also yard games waiting for us when we arrived that the kids loved!
My boys said it was the best day ever and gave it a 10/10 — which pretty much says it all.
Also… Blaze (the black cat) and his white cat sidekick hung out with us the whole time and were a huge hit with the kids. They basically adopted us for the trip!
We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed, family-friendly spot with an amazing host.

I loved camping on this property! I was happy to see that there was a cute picnic table available to us. Location felt secluded but also close enough to people in case of an emergency. There was plenty good wood around for a good campfire. And the stars were abundantly clear at night! We awoke to the calls of what sounded like many different species of birds. I recommend staying here :)

This is my 2nd time staying at this facility, and both sites were wonderful! Site #6 is so spacious! It has a large grassy area, a hammock, nice table and fire pit. The sunset was nice from this site as well! I usually camp alone and I feel safe here since it's private land. The host, Ash, is always so responsive and helpful!

Best camping trip our family has ever had. We loved the seclusion camping, the family was wonderful, and the cattle were amazing. They treated us like family. I highly recommend every add on as well: they helped us fish, delivered a delicious homemade breakfast to the site, taught our boy to ranch, let us feed and fawn over the cows...I cannot say enough positive things about our weekend away.

We had the best time! The owners greeted us warmly and even brought over yard games to our campsite when they saw we had a bunch of kids in tow. We chose campsite 3 which was perfect to spread out, play catch, etc. We walked around to the other sites and thought site 5 was beautiful with the creek bed and full of trees but for our group, 3 was perfect. It was also walkable to the adorable outhouse. It’s a composting outhouse but was very clean/well kept. Our stay couldn’t have been better. We also met a friendly green eyed cat during our walk and she hung out with us the rest of our stay.

2 nights at Three Ponds Community
I’ll start by saying expectations were exceeded by a long shot. The room itself was well kept and very comfortable. The property was beautiful. The people were truly so kind and wonderful.
We stayed for two nights and there was a bit of firewood by our fire pit that got us through two small evening campfires. (Additional firewood available for a small price)
I brought carrots and apples and fed the donkey, pig and goats each morning. They were all very friendly and pleasant critters. We even befriended a few cats. Definitely fell in love with their dog Spooky. He’s very mindful of keeping space so if you aren’t fond of dogs he’s no bother, but if you show interest he becomes the sweetest chaperone and will tag along on your adventure.
It was my first time using a compost toilet, and it was easier than I’d expected. Seats were clean and toilet paper stocked.
The outdoor shower was a nice touch and a short walk from jacuzzi/pool. Both of which were also in great shape/clean.
We also did a Sacred Cacao Ceremony with Hailey. She was very knowledgeable and a wonderful guide. She tailored the ceremony to us and it felt very genuine. The Dragon Dome where it’s held is gorgeous. Worth every penny.
They’ve created a lovely little oasis, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of it. Highly recommend Three Ponds for a multitude of reasons. We can’t wait to return and will definitely explore more of their Offerings.

This was one of the highlights of our spring break RV trip! It was my husband and two of our boys, ages 10 and 13. Sleeping h see the stars was amazing, but being able to see the longhorn cattle just grazing around you was a once in a lifetime experience! There were so many babies!! Glenda and her grandson KC went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They could not have been better hosts!

I was very lucky to have found this location and to have gotten a reservation. There’s a lot of tent sites and a cabin, but there’s just one RV site with electricity and water and sewer, and I was lucky enough to get that. After exploring the area, the host filled me in on the area, the local people, and the environment. She really helped me learn a lot about her part of the world. I really enjoyed visiting with her and the shopping in her small store and enjoying the public spaces. I had a lovely experience and I would go back in a heartbeat.

my gf and i loved the little cabin we stayed in and everything else about the land. the animals were so cute and we especially loved spooky. he made sure we were always safe and he kept us company. the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day and it’s so convenient that the shower is right by it. it also helps that the owners are so nice and always quick to respond. overall everything was 10/10 and we can’t wait to come back!
