We offer (50) 10x50 Concrete pads with 50/30/20 amp service, sewer, water, and free WIFI. Most sites offer storm tie downs. Amenities include: Bathrooms with showers, laundry mat, dog park, picnic atrium with free grill access, in-ground storm shelter, playground, goldfish and koi pond. Explore gentle walking and nature loops at Kelly Lane Park trails, cast a line or relax by Pretty Water Lake, wander shaded paths in the Keystone Ancient Forest, or enjoy boating and lakeside views at Lake Sahoma — all within about 15 miles of the property.We are so happy that you are here!
