My mother was heavily involved with AIM (American Indian movement). My dad was the last monolingual Cherokee. His name was Mack Vann, he was a man who loved culture and sharing it with visitors and handed down that passion to me. My hip camper site is named after my daddy, I am still a daddy‘s girl. The land originated before Sequoyah. who created the Cherokee syllabary. Sequoyah was my fifth generation great grandfather and I am very proud of my Cherokee heritage, I would love to share my culture, my tradition, and my passion with you. We loved staying at Corley’s spot! The amenities exceeded expectations and it was such a relaxing way to rest our heads after a long drive. We opted for the furnished tent with A/C and it was very affordable and neatly kept. The bathroom and shower was such a great perk!! Corley was also very communicative and flexible with our arrival time, as well as accommodating our dog too, who had the best time. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you can. We would love to come back! :)

Weekend Trip to Moon Grove

My girlfriend and I stayed here for our first glamping experience, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The property was incredibly easy to find, with clear directions and no trouble getting there. The provided tent was cozy and thoughtfully set up — with a heater, AC, a comfortable bed, and even a heated blanket. Little touches like books, board games, and a firepit with a grill made it feel extra special. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful — clean, spacious, and having a hot shower while also experiencing nature was such a luxury. The property itself is peaceful and stunning, especially under the stars at night. They had a sweet dog on-site who didn’t pay any mind to our dog, which made the stay even more relaxing. It was such a magical, cozy experience — we can’t recommend it enough and would absolutely love to come back!
