Our bathhouse includes two private rooms, each equipped with a camping toilet, pump sink, and thoughtful amenities for your comfort. Our outdoor shower will be refreshing after a long hike as well!
We have just installed two standing outdoor grills for your cooking needs. Both on the gravel parking lot level, one by the covered patio, the other by the picnic area. Bring your own charcoal, or add it on to your order and we will have it ready for you. Please remember to leave no trace, use trash recepticles and do not leave any food out for the wildlife.
Bringing a pet? They are very welcome here, however, we now require a $30 pet fee due to additional cleaning and potential damages. Please add this on to your booking.
By June 1, 2025, we'll be adding two spacious yurts, each accommodating 6-8 sleeping bags or cots - perfect for families, kids, or groups looking for a unique outdoor stay.
For those seeking a more rustic experience, we also offer nine primitive walk-up campsites.

This 55 acre park is home of a large sandstone that contains 8 markings believed to have been made by Vikings many years ago. The park features a seasonal waterfall, covered picnic areas, playground, amphitheater with seating, community building, scenic views, gift shop and approximately 2 miles of nature trails. Be advised that most tent sites have a tent pad but a few are primitive mountain terrain (rocky). A little bit about how we started. Like most of us, we were in desperate need of a place to get away from the bustle and grind of daily life, to slow down, decompress, and destress. This land the universe had waiting for us, gave us just that! It changed our lives and now we are excited to open up this sanctuary to others who share our passion for the great outdoors! Interestingly, each year we find out more about our home, from its Native American prehistory, to its 19th century Civil War conflict, and most recently, a lost article published in the 1940s in the local Oklahoman gazette that enticingly gossips about long lost Buried Treasure!

My mother was heavily involved with AIM (American Indian movement).
My dad was the last monolingual Cherokee. His name was Mack Vann, he was a man who loved culture and sharing it with visitors and handed down that passion to me. My hip camper site is named after my daddy, I am still a daddy‘s girl. The land originated before Sequoyah. who created the Cherokee syllabary. Sequoyah was my fifth generation great grandfather and I am very proud of my Cherokee heritage, I would love to share my culture, my tradition, and my passion with you.

Originally established years ago, this park had great bones, and in the spring of 2024, we took on the challenge of bringing it back to life. Conveniently located between Oklahoma City, OK, and Amarillo, TX, and just a short drive from Elk City, our park offers a perfect retreat for travelers exploring the historic Mother Road.
We've worked hard to preserve the park's vintage charm while adding modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our recent upgrades include a fenced-in dog park where your furry friends can roam freely, a cozy sunken fire pit for evening gatherings, and a game area featuring horseshoe, corn hole, and tetherball for family fun.
The old office has been completely remodeled, now housing air-conditioned private bathroom and shower for your convenience. We’ve also added an air-conditioned coin laundry room to make your stay even more comfortable. For those looking to explore the outdoors, we offer horseback riding and hunting opportunities on the adjacent ranch property we acquired.

This land has been handed down for generations and has stayed in the family beginning on my mother’s side of the family, Mary Ann Groundhog, the fourth generation great granddaughter of Sequoyah on the “Dick” side of my family tree. My mother was heavily involved with AIM (American Indian movement).
My dad was the last monolingual Cherokee. His name was Mack Vann, he was a man who loved culture and sharing it with visitors and handed down that passion to me. My hip camper site is named after my daddy, I am still a daddy‘s girl. The land originated before Sequoyah. who created the Cherokee syllabary. Sequoyah was my fifth generation great grandfather and I am very proud of my Cherokee heritage, I would love to share my culture, my tradition, and my passion with you.

We arrived after dark and left early in the morning. Crystal was very responsive and met us to guide us in. We had the whole 20 acres to ourselves to set up anywhere. It was a great boondocking space! It was an overnight for us but will definitely keep it on the list to stay again!

Michael is an awesome host! Had many suggestions on where to dump our waste tanks. The site is great, large fire pit, large table. Very private, only saw about 4 cars on one of the days we spent there. No ticks or chiggers on our 3 day visit. Hope to be back!

The 3pm da community tent camping was awesome! This is a large property with lots of different trails to explore and my dog and I enjoyed our walks and seeing all the cool little things that were around the trails and other camp areas.
The folks here were very welcoming and friendly. There’s an outdoor shower with a view.
I can’t recommend this camping experience enough!! Anyone who comes here will enjoy every aspect of their time here ☺️

Loved camping here. Ash and his family were wonderful hosts and having the clean bathhouse and outhouse available was a real treat during the trip. I enjoyed the lovely design and The campsites and land are beautiful. Ash sent helpful instructions and was responsive during messages because I got in later than I hoped and it was a short stay. I look forward to returning sometime!

1 night at Hippie Hill
We had an amazing stay at Darrell and Kelli’s yurt! The location was perfect! Super close to Medicine Park, yet still felt completely secluded and peaceful. We had the entire site to ourselves, which made it even more special. The on-site amenities were easy to access and thoughtfully set up, and we loved exploring the hiking trail right on the property. Darrell and Kelli also gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area, which made planning effortless. Most importantly, we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We had the BEST car camping experience here. Truly 10/10.
Ash was an incredible host, the perfect balance of helpful and laid-back. He checked in on us without ever being overbearing and made sure we were comfortable the whole time, even with the heat and nearby (UN)controlled burns. We felt completely taken care of and safe.
When we mentioned the kids were hoping for water to play in, he went above and beyond — setting up sprinklers on the property and even showing us a hidden water spot. None of us expected summer temperatures in March! He also pointed out a shortcut to the bath house from our site, which was super helpful and appreciated.
Our site was so beautiful, tucked back on the property next to a small canyon with tons of shade. The hammocks already set up were such a nice touch, and we added a few more for the kids which made it even better. There were also yard games waiting for us when we arrived that the kids loved!
My boys said it was the best day ever and gave it a 10/10 — which pretty much says it all.
Also… Blaze (the black cat) and his white cat sidekick hung out with us the whole time and were a huge hit with the kids. They basically adopted us for the trip!
We will absolutely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed, family-friendly spot with an amazing host.

This is my 2nd time staying at this facility, and both sites were wonderful! Site #6 is so spacious! It has a large grassy area, a hammock, nice table and fire pit. The sunset was nice from this site as well! I usually camp alone and I feel safe here since it's private land. The host, Ash, is always so responsive and helpful!

Great place for being surrounded by nature and wildlife. Beautiful views and great camping areas. Nice spring fed water/swimming holes. 4x4 definitely recommend to get around property. Come with all supplies before getting to property as there is not anything close besides a gas station. Be prepared with firearm for protection as there is bear, wild boar etc. Great communication, directions and marking points of interest from the host Pail!

We had the best time! The owners greeted us warmly and even brought over yard games to our campsite when they saw we had a bunch of kids in tow. We chose campsite 3 which was perfect to spread out, play catch, etc. We walked around to the other sites and thought site 5 was beautiful with the creek bed and full of trees but for our group, 3 was perfect. It was also walkable to the adorable outhouse. It’s a composting outhouse but was very clean/well kept. Our stay couldn’t have been better. We also met a friendly green eyed cat during our walk and she hung out with us the rest of our stay.

2 nights at Three Ponds Community
I’ll start by saying expectations were exceeded by a long shot. The room itself was well kept and very comfortable. The property was beautiful. The people were truly so kind and wonderful.
We stayed for two nights and there was a bit of firewood by our fire pit that got us through two small evening campfires. (Additional firewood available for a small price)
I brought carrots and apples and fed the donkey, pig and goats each morning. They were all very friendly and pleasant critters. We even befriended a few cats. Definitely fell in love with their dog Spooky. He’s very mindful of keeping space so if you aren’t fond of dogs he’s no bother, but if you show interest he becomes the sweetest chaperone and will tag along on your adventure.
It was my first time using a compost toilet, and it was easier than I’d expected. Seats were clean and toilet paper stocked.
The outdoor shower was a nice touch and a short walk from jacuzzi/pool. Both of which were also in great shape/clean.
We also did a Sacred Cacao Ceremony with Hailey. She was very knowledgeable and a wonderful guide. She tailored the ceremony to us and it felt very genuine. The Dragon Dome where it’s held is gorgeous. Worth every penny.
They’ve created a lovely little oasis, and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of it. Highly recommend Three Ponds for a multitude of reasons. We can’t wait to return and will definitely explore more of their Offerings.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Past reviews are correct about having a 4WD vehicle to get to the site. The waterfront was great with a beautiful sunset and sunrise.
