We are a Homestead in the heart of the Sequatchie valley. Dunlap is the perfect spot, close enough to visit the many parks and hiking trails in the area and yet not too far from the hustle of down town Chattanooga. Whether you're looking for a quiet spot to relax for a few days, hike, or float the Tennessee river. Its all reachable from this peaceful spot. If you're into horses we have two big guys on property and a spare stable if you want to bring a friend. Sewer, water and 50 amp power at the site.This is a wide and level gravel site on an 8 acre homestead, its the only site on property and is very private. The space can accommodate 1 RV or travel trailer up to 35' and 1 other vehicle. RVs over 30' will need to back in and will be a tight fit but the picture show my personal 35' RV. Water and sewer are provided. Renters vehicle MUST have a working toilet. We have horses and farm animals on property so dogs are unfortunately not permitted.
