Semi secluded on 5 acres camping has a large cement pad with a bathroom that has shower, toilet, and sink. Nearby is Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, Black Hills Playhouse, Rush Mountain Adventure Park, Keystone, Wind Cave, Jewel Cave, numerous off roading trails, and hiking trails, Iron Mountain Road, Needles Highway. A short drive away is Deadwood, Sturgis and Spearfish Canyon. For your arrival, the address is 24543 East View Place, Hermosa SD.... park on the concrete area where the string lights are right next to the bathroom and shower. If you are coming in from Hwy 79 turn west on Hwy 40. East View Place is about 5.5 miles. Turn south on East View Place

Best value for money!

Great place and location. All to yourself campground. Bathroom, shower, and wallaa.... it's an electrified campground. Very close to Mt. Rushmore, Keystone, Hillcity and many more places. The best base camp for our adventures to Ogalala, Scottsbluff, Badlands & Devil Tower. Pricewise.... the best value for money! Thanks Lynn

Great space, clean flushing toilet, shower with hot water, sink with running water, cute lights for ambiance, space for parking my van, space to pitch our tent, overall great experience!

Excellent host and fantastic site!

Lynn's property was the perfect spot for my single night car camping stop. The location was exactly as described and pictured. The shower/bathroom facilities were a welcome feature. Lynn is a welcoming host. I did discover that opening the address directly from the Hipcamp app confused all three navigation apps I tried (Apple, Google and Waze); it was only when I manually entered the address as Lynn provided it that I was able to find her property.

Rustic Rendezvous

Peaceful and quiet. We loved the wildlife. We have a tiny teardrop camper which fit just right. My son slept in his hammock under the pine trees and my daughter and grandson slept out in the open on a cot. Clean and homey.

Loved this property!

We loved camping here. It’s comfortable, well tucked away, and the bathroom was clean and such a nice amenity. You can see some stars on a clear night like we had. Shower was clean, but I will say the water goes from hot and cold periodically so we just timed out when the water was warm and stepped aside when it was cold. No problem. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone we know :)
