We are a working ranch home to pigs, rabbits, ducks, chickens, cattle, and a donkey. You and your family are welcome to join us and help with chores in the morning and evening, offering a true hands-on experience of day-to-day operations on a working farm. Our site is well-equipped for your stay; you can bring your RV and enjoy full water hookups along with electrical plug-ins. With 15 acres of space, there is plenty of room for the kids to run and play in the fresh air. Come stay with us and enjoy a unique agricultural getaway!We are a working ranch… cattle are here seasonally. However our kids are heavily involved in 4-H and we have cattle washing each day, milking cows, egg collection, chicken and rabbit feeding, pig washing, walking, feeding, and brushing. We also have some donkeys. The ranch is very quiet and about 15 miles from the nearest town and 5.5 miles from the highway. It is a great way to let kids see where their food comes from and be active in the process of only for a day or two. We do have activities and are not at the property the entire time. There is also a local dance hall 5 miles away and they have a live band each Saturday night. It is a fun family atmosphere.
