David is a congenial gentlemen who when we arrived late at night kindly came down to make sure we were ok. When we woke up the next day, the view of the mountains across the valley was spectacular!

Wonderful views and very quiet. David was a great host and helped us out when we had a couple of issues. We work from the road and Starlink worked perfectly. T-Mobile Home Internet Away not so much. AT&T cellular was slow, but solid. Would stay again!

David’s space was very peaceful. The spot is far enough from the main house to feel private. We didn’t see any other people during our stay, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings. Being able to have water, electric and dump in this remote location was a huge perk. We would definitely return if we were in the area!

Beautiful spot! David was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay. It was fairly easy to access from the main road (just go slow and watch the occasional crazy dips and bumps on the sides streets in town) Only downside for us was the amount of dog poop on the site from the previous Hip Campers. Boo on them for not cleaning up after their pet! Always amazes us the some people feel the world should clean up their poop!

Stayed 1 night at David’s campsite. Easy to get to, did some stargazing and had a good sleep. David is a great host and we appreciated his hospitality and good communication.

We were greeted by the 2 dogs they have who were friendly and curious. The site for the RV was in a great area with flat land. We hooked up our electric which really helped with the freezing temperatures that morning. They had an area off to the side for a camp fire which would have been fun but we were tired and turned in early after a long day of driving. It was easy enough to find. The site is just before their house to the left. You will see the small dog pen they have on the site which was great while we set up. We left pretty early the next morning. The sun setting behind the mountain was just beautiful.

David has a beautiful property! This was exactly what I needed for my stop through on my way home! The dog pen came in handy to contain my pups while I loaded/unloaded things. I came in late and it was very easy to get to and David was very nice about it. He and his wife came down to great me the next morning and were very nice!

The area is beautiful, quiet, and just breath taking. The hiking trails are amazing and the area is very clean. I Was able to plug in, and they have a small dog kennel which is amazingly convenient. The hosts were super friendly, helpful, and funny. Their dogs are sweet babies and interacted well with my little one. Very good experience, it was nice to get out into nature to clear my head and re focus. I am very appreciative this camping spot was available on such short notice. (Literally a couple days before I left)

We spent the night here on our way through and up to Chaco Canyon - great spot! It’s up in the hills outside Grants, where the only thing we heard was the cows moo-ing for breakfast. The water pump and dump tank came in handy, and the location was far enough from the main house to feel private. Hosts were great and checked to make sure we had all we needed, and even provided tips for Chaco.

Hosts are very kind and even provided a little firewood for us since we’d had a rough travel day and forgot to bring our own. Beautiful views, nice and quiet at night. Loved having all the hook-ups so convenient.

We loved this site! Hook ups and dump station on site were awesome. Views were ridiculous. Diane and David were so kind, super accommodating, had the cutest dogs, and gave us hiking recommendations. The drive to and from this place is stunning.
