Site 4 - San Pablo Ranch

Beautiful place!

Beautiful land and very well kept and manicured. Had the mosquitoes not come out and eaten me alive (they love me) I would have totally stayed for a lot longer. Reception was nonexistent but Leonard was gracious enough to allow me to work at his home on my laptop. Wish I could've stayed and relaxed a lot longer here :(

Site 2 - San Pablo Ranch

Peaceful Mtn Views

San Pablo Ranch was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful! What a wonderful place to getaway - I only wish we could have stayed longer. The campsites are well-manicured and well-spaced with lovely sunset views over the mountains. Leonard was so helpful with directions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Site 1 - San Pablo Ranch

What a wonderful spot for a quiet retreat from the real world. The night stars were so bright. The host was gracious and helpful. This is truly a dog paradise as well. There are lots of trails to explore with the help of a map from the host. If you are trying to work remotely, the cell signal is very intermittent and you’ll need to be self contained. Also, bring bug spray. The mosquitoes made their presence known!

Site 4 - San Pablo Ranch

Beautiful and peaceful area

This camping spot was perfect for me! Very quiet, private and beautiful. The drive in from Las Vegas was easy and pleasant with good roads, took about 90 minutes. The sites all have great views. Most sites have a bit of an incline so bring leveling blocks. There are lots of birds singing and wildflowers galore. Good hiking opportunities also. The hosts are wonderful - easy to communicate with, and very informative and kind. I will be back!!

Site 4 - San Pablo Ranch

Viva Las Vegas

You can search long and hard and never find a better place to camp than Len’s land. It’s absolutely beautiful in the foothillls of the Sangre de Christo mountains. We had visits from deer and turkey around our camp and astronomy lovers will appreciate the bazillion stars overhead. Len is a kind, gracious host who’s put a lot of work to make sure Hipcampers have a nice, clean, and safe spot to camp.

Site 1 - San Pablo Ranch

Spectacular Site

I had a great couple of nights at the San Pablo Ranch. It's a beautiful drive to get there on a well maintained county road, with nice private camp site options, and a spectacular view. Definitely hope to visit again.
