This charming land has been in the family since my husband was a young boy. The Indian ruins and artifacts fascinated him then and he is still happy to share this history with whoever shows an interest. With all the improvements made by his father and family through the years, you will also learn to have a love for the history and beauty here on this unique 30-acre treasure.
You can explore Native American ruins that were inhabited by some 2,000 people between 700-1100 AD. The grounds are wonderful to walk with a little lake which draws elk, deer, hawks, blue herons, etc.
Easy to access just 3 minutes off I-25. We are 5 minutes away from the Pecos Natl Monument and 15 minutes away from the Pecos River with plenty of great fishing spots…Visit Santa Fe (20-minute drive) or Las Vegas (30-minute drive) with dozens of restaurants, museums, art galleries, etc.
We look forward to your stay!

We enjoyed exploring Brenda’s beautiful property (just 30 minutes outside Santa Fe) and the delicious farm fresh eggs that they delivered to our campsite. It was less than a mile or so from the highway, yet felt very remote and quiet.

The Avenue Campsite
Great host
Brenda is a great host, she was very responsive and very accommodating. The Avenue is very close to the main house, it's at the foot of the driveway so it's almost like you're camping in someone's backyard. Brenda was kind enough to let us swap to the Dandelion, which had a lovely view on the hillside leading up to the bathrooms. The other sites (Cove, Bay) are right by the lake and also have a beautiful view. We had a noisy night, might just have been unlucky - neighbor's dogs barking and someone playing music at 4am just loud enough to wake us up. The campers at the other sites also only arrived late at night. Bring earplugs just in case, as there are many sites here! Bathrooms are also quite nice for camping, full running water and flushing toilet.

Overview
Good time for me and my pet.
This is a great place to stay. I enjoyed the grounds and especially just sitting by the pond. My dog pete made friends with the ranch dog and they had a good time as well.

OpenSky-Full Hookups!
Wonderful mountain views
Open Sky. Great camping spot. Easy to level up, full hook ups and wonderful mountain views. Water / electric and sewer are on opposite sides of the site, unusual but we made it work. There are 3 RV sites side by side up on the hill, and a nice walking path down to the little pond. Host was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The Cove Campsite
We had a great time camping on Brendas land- the Cove space was cleared, level, & easy to find.
The area is well planned, & the bathroom/shower was clean & comfortable.
The pond was so charming, with jumping fish, cruising dragonflies, & diving swallows.
Our night was very rainy, but drainage from the tent area is great, & the morning smelled like amazing piñon trees.
I would absolutely stay again, & highly recommend to other travelers.
