The property is also an excellent base for attending the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, with the Balloon Fiesta Park and nearby parking just a short distance away. During the fiesta, you may even have the chance to watch hot air balloons filling the sky or landing in the surrounding area. Located in Los Ranchos, you’ll be close to the city but you wouldn’t feel it. These two acres are private. You’ll be surrounded by trees. Enjoy a gorgeous view of the Sandia mountains. Direct access to ditch way for walking and it’s a very short walk to the bike path which takes you to the Rio Grande River. Excellent spot to view the hot air balloons for the Albuquerque international balloon fiesta. 1.5 miles to the best Balloon Fiesta parking lot, Quick Park IMPORTANT! There is portable toilet ONLY available during the Balloon Fiesta!!
