We had a great night at this hipcamp and enjoyed the iron fire pit.The place was well maintained and Kathleen is a great host.

This was a great place to stay. Kathleen couldn’t have been more hospitable and the property is wildly private and absolutely beautiful in the Fall. We hope to stay here again someday.

It's some where between clamping amd camping. Great little sites on private property. Great set up. Perfect for anyone looking for a easy, quiet camping trip. Having electricity was great.

Host was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. She has quite the secluded backyard. Cranberry fields are near by even though it’s with in a community. We stayed 2 nights with our 30’ fiver.

Loved this site. Super cute and spacious, also secluded though in Kathleen’s backyard. They did a nice job with the space here. I loved that they provided chairs, hammocks, fire pit, etc. as I was just stopping in and out and didn’t pack a ton of real campy stuff. Super helpful that they allow dogs as I was coming with my puppy for a dog show. You can hear some loud planes, but they never woke me up so I imagine they must not operate that airport at night. 35 minutes to where my show was in the Cape (Falmouth) and super easy to get to!

Wasn't the feeling I was hoping to find. Was literally in someone's back yard. There was broken fence panels separating us from the house. Host responded quickly but never met them.

The site was absolutely beautiful. It was cozy and in more of a private area. By far, our favorite location we have stayed at. The lights and hammocks made for a very relaxing stay.

Not exactly what we look for in a campsite which is feeling secluded and away from it all. The site itself is quite nice with fairy lights, many chairs, and a campfire. However, the feeling of being in someone's backyard is unshakeable, particularly when sharing the relatively small site with two other campers/groups.

This site was quaint and beautifully described- we were also within a 10 min drive of all necessary stores/Coffee shops, etc. we weren’t looking to get too rustic since we had local plans that day so I can’t say how it would be for that rustic camping feel but it was comfortable, cozy and quiet! We loved the size of the trailer too. The campers next to us were extremely quiet and respectful.

Cozy Wooded Nook Site 2 🌲

This is a nice group of sites behind the owners property. Sites are spacious and flat with a great fire pit (swivel top for cooking), Adirondack chairs, and various tables. Loved the hammocks at the site! ! I stayed in the teardrop, which was very comfortable. Electrical outlets were available in the camper, which were handy for charging. Water was close, at the house. I was greeted by the owner who told me how to reach her by text and to see if I needed anything, but other than that, I was left to enjoy the peace and quiet! I would stay here again!

Great spaces to land on. Is in close proximity of the finest New England marinas. So much history to learn and experience. And plenty of authentic restaurants, serving the best freshest seafood dishes. Lots of shopping venues to buy memorabilia.

I guess the best way to describe this camping is deciding what you're looking for out of a campsite. They were upfront about no amenities, but I found that difficult once I got established there. Especially no water. They were very very good about helping me with messaging but it would have been helpful to have some kind of a marker right there driveway so I could find the path down to the campsites. Now on the upside, it was a beautiful sight and very nicely appointed with chairs fire pit area, tables optional lights if you wanted to use them and even some firewood. The campsite was very flat and quiet and comfortable. So I guess I would just have to say it to mixed review but I probably wouldn't recommend it to the kind of campers that I typically would camp with for the reasons given. Considering the lack of camping in the area that I needed to be, I'm still grateful to have had it and the hosts were very good.

The most accommodating , romantic, cute , little spot! The site had plenty of room, level, pretty private, plenty of seating around the fire pit, and they even provided a “bug zapper” and a bucket toilet with toilet paper! The communication was amazing and they even took extra time out of their day to share some tips about a festival we were attending. We definitely would visit this spot again in the future.

This isn't a bad spot, but there is a nearby airport so planes come in low and loud. Otherwise, the neighborhood is quiet. There are no eminities, so plan accordingly. No interaction with the owner, although an email inquiry was answered promptly.

Very warm welcome, everything well taken care of. Unluckily we had a thunder storm the first night and the entire campsite was ankle deep flooded with water within a few minutes so we decided not to sleep there the first night. Bring bug spray! We would come again.
