Great host, had a good nice quiet site. Full hookups, electric, water, and sewer. Good rate, whether short term and long term. Not that far from town.

Matthew was a great host- communicative & helpful with tips on what to do in the area. The spot was clean & pretty private, with nice woods at the back. His hook-ups were brand new and everything worked great. Close to a lot of hiking trails. Would stay there again.

This spot is exactly as advertised! Private, relatively quiet and the area was clean. The hookups were brand new and worked great. Matthew was communicative and helpful right from the start and checked in to make sure everything was good. And on our last night, saw a big beautiful buck, what a treat! Would stay there again.

This site is awesome first of all..And im lucky to have found Matt and the other hosts along the way. Not a single bad experience. Some awesome ammenities here include brand new electric hook ups, no adapter needed. Ran my AC in this muggy Maryland weather like a charm. Sewage and water! He was very informative on local spots and answered all questions quickly. And this could be good or bad depending on who you are.. but we werent approached by a soul the whole stay. Now this is a front yard in a trailer court. But serves it purpose quite well. Flat, quiet, wooded around property. Dumpster close by. We dont have kids, but i saw kids playing wiffleball (i was half tempted to ask to play but i figured my old ass would be picked last) I hessitate to say a single negative thing but to be informative MY cell service was nonexistent.. So if you need wifi or 5g..shoot 4g bars. Not your best fit. But I still give it a 10/10 cause were camping folks so wifi shmyfi
