This historic piece of preserved farmland has been in our family for 5 generations. The property is just over 100 acres with about half in forest conservation. We have two streams that join one another and create an amazing habitat for all kinds of wildlife. Our farm has always been a fun and healing place for our friends and family to gather. We love sharing the peaceful seclusion here with folks who enjoy and respect nature. We are a certified organic farm and we're in the early stages of transforming it to a fully regenerative, permaculture operation. We grow hemp, medicinal herbs, small grains as well as keep bees and a small tribe of goats. When you come here you are experiencing the rebirth of farming in this country while getting to connect with the natural world.  We'd love to have you!

Bear Branch Creekside
Another great stay, very clean and perfect base camp as we hit a local beer fest.

This is a fantastic campsite! We loved pitching our tents by the creek and exploring the trails. The farm dog was so welcoming, stopping by to say hello to our kids and pup several times during our stay. Thank you, Benjamin, for your hospitality!

Big Pipe Creekside
I loved camping at Big Pipe Creekside. The site is super private with lots of space. There are hiking trails that cut right through the site but I never saw anyone else. Great place to relax! Creek is great for tubing. Will definitely come back!

Creekside fun!
Had a great stay at this location! Loved the layout of the property and campsite. We opted to camp down by the creek. Loved the sound of the creek and the evening rainfall. Lots of privacy. Also enough space for us to play games like kan-jam.

Big Pipe Creekside
The spot was huge and secluded. Exactly as pictured, right on the water. There are several different camping spots here but they are separated enough that we had privacy. It’s right off a main road but far enough back that you feel very secluded in nature. There’s also a little lean-to to put your firewood to keep it dry if it rains (it rained quite a bit for us!) The porta potty was very clean and an added bonus to have while camping. There were also trash cans for both recycling and trash. We had our dog Ginger with us and she absolutely loved it. Plenty of room for her to walk around off leash where we could still keep an eye on her. Overall this was the perfect campsite for us, felt very off grid and in nature while still having some nice amenities and there were lots of shops and food places within a 10-20 minute drive if you forgot anything! Highly recommend, will book again if I’m ever in the area.

Bear Branch Creekside
This was an amazing site for camping. We had plenty of room to spread out while also having privacy. We loved camping right next to the water. This site is removed enough but also close to amenities when you need them (groceries and coffee a few minutes away).
