Come pitch your tent(s) or bring your camper/RV/van to the private farm previously known as Prancing Deer. Come stay and enjoy a variety of wildlife ranging from herds of deer to soaring eagles. Located in Warwick, Maryland, the farm is about 10 minutes away from Middletown, Delaware where you can find shopping, dining, and events. This location is ideal for people looking for a peaceful experience with little to no amenities, although we do have an electricity hook-up available (20 amp, 30 amp, 50 amp). With a private drive that opens to a meadow of 7.5 acres, you will have total privacy from the outside world. Please send me a message with any questions. Hope to have you at 32 Main! Please note: The woods and adjacent properties are privately owned. Please do not trespass - stay within the field. If you use the light at the electricity station, please make sure it is turned off before you leave. This is an active feed grass field and a fire could put the crop in jeopardy. Nice spot. Feels safe and isolated, convenient to towns for supplies. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Plenty of room for dogs to move around safely.

It was easy to get to and park our 27' trailer. Mia and her husband were very helpful and gracious during our visit. It was a good starting point to see the attractions in the area like New Castle and Lewes Deleware. I would recommend this spot to any weary travelers. If we ever make our way Delaware again would choose 32 Main again.

Great place to get away and still convenient to get to. Love that there is power available. Looking forward to coming Shaun in the future! Mia was responsive and flexible. Recommend!

Perfect spot for the night on my road trip. Exactly as described, a nice open pasture. Super easy to find with Mia's directions and very private spot. Saw some deer and there was an owl hooting at sundown.

Our stay at Mia's was exceptional. We stopped in our way to Bombay Hook and it was very conveniently located. It was beautiful and very private - our dogs LOVED the space to run! Mia had lots of lovely suggestions for things to do in the area and we really appreciated her friendliness and thoughtfulness. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Communication with Mia is easy and she is quick to respond. We love the privacy here. There is some road noise, though it quiets down at night. Beautiful dark skies. Dog friendly. Definitely recommend!

This was our first experience with Hipcamp and our first time taking out our new off-road teardrop trailer. What a perfect site to break in our new camper. The site has electricity, it’s spacious and private. MIA was an excellent host and answered all of our questions quickly. If you’re looking for a private, peaceful stay, you found it!

Nice spot to camp for the night. Quaint little town with a rural feel. Only 15 minutes or so to Middletown, DE with lots of options for dining out or shopping. Site was clean and a nice path was recently cut drive in and setup. Thank you Mia!
