Within a 60-minute drive from the Mesa Verde.

We are a small start up homestead situated on 4 acres in Durango, Co. The drive to town is about 20 mins where you will find everything you need including tons of outdoor adventures (hiking, rafting, rock climbing, mountain bike trails!) There is a community pond and river within walking distance from our property. Currently we are offering 120v electric hookup and you can fill your fresh water tank. We do not have a sewer dump at this time. We are a busy family working to grow our homestead. Please reach with any questions and to book. ***We can only accept fully self-contained RVs with a bathroom inside***Come relax on our little homestead and enjoy all that Durango and the surrounding areas have to offer! It’s a short drive to many beautiful hikes, mountain biking, skiing, Animas river rafting/kayaking, Durango Silverton Train and hot springs. This spot is tucked away in a quiet country neighborhood. We currently have chickens and goats that you’re welcome to pet. Country Living Homestead

Very pretty setting and so quiet and peaceful. Loved the chickens and goats nearby! Brianna is extremely helpful with any needs. We also enjoyed the short walk to the private lake close by that had geese and ducks. We would definitely stay again!!

What a great welcoming experience. It’s a quiet nice spot. It suited our needs perfectly and Brianna was a gracious and welcoming host. We would definitely stay again and recommend her place.

Brianna's place was great! It was easy to find and there was plenty of room for our 34' 5th wheel. Brianna, Don, and the kids are friendly and welcoming. She has water available along with trash and recycling. Their animals are very cute, and we enjoyed watching the chickens and goats.

Country Living Homestead

This was a great base camp for us while visiting the Durango area for July 4th weekend. Brianna and her family were very accommodating and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The spot where our camper went was perfect to see the sunrises in the morning and full moon for the month. We did day trips to Mesa Verde, Four Corners, Shiprock, Ouray and Silverton. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Colorado and would love to come back to see more!

Country Living Homestead

Country Homestead was lovely. We were parked under a shade tree with chickens and goats nearby. It was close enough and far enough away from town. The hosts were great communicators and completely unobtrusive. I would recommend the Homestead to anyone that is looking for a peaceful place to stay.

Country Living Homestead

Downtown Durango is readily accessible from this lovely property that is off the beaten path with beautiful mountain views. There is easy access to the yard for parking near the electrical outlet and water fill, which requires some assistance from the property owners. There may even be fresh eggs available from the owners’ hens! Brianna and Don are friendly and very helpful with hiking suggestions.
