What a beautiful and cozy spot!! Kit was very accommodating and friendly. The cabin was warm, the fire pit was perfect. I was just bummed the outside bathtub wasn't functional at that time, but all in all a great spot and I highly recommend.

Weekend Trip to Umpqua's Last Resort

I absolutely loved staying here in my deluxe cabin! It was the perfect personal retreat I needed, the cabin was super clean and cozy, nice fluffy bath towels and the Wolfgang Puck coffee pods were a treat! The park was quiet and at night I could hear the river from my cabin, there is a nice trail down to the river and I was able to spend time by the river in the evening. The location is so close to many waterfalls! Toby and Dustin are super nice hosts! The shared restrooms were clean and the showers hot! I loved the small trails to wander on next to the park. I cant wait to return as this will be my place to stay this coming year, thank you for providing such a nice place to have a get away from the world! My only request would be to allow for a late check out if needed but I ended up leaving early to see more waterfalls!

Close to the main road but very quiet. Nice ambience with the string lights and sounds of the creek. Saw a few deer during my stay. Happened to be rainy during my stay but the big trees offered some cover and the covered bridge was another nice place to stay dry. Bathroom was clean.

This campground was perfect. We booked very last minute. We arrived after hours and easy set-up. The host was easy to communicate with even after hours. Very clean! The bathhouse was clean and heated. Nice rain head showers with plenty of hot water. Definitely recommend.

This place is a must stay. We had an amazing time camping here, even if it was so freaking cold the night we stayed. We utilized the free canoe and it was well worth it. The store has everything you need, is reasonably priced, and everyone that works there is so nice. Would recommend and if I'm back around Crater Lake I'll be back for sure.

Beautiful spot! This Hipcamp has nice sites, a clean port-a-pottie, and a small, pretty garden to view. It is convenient to the freeway (and has freeway noise, which we didn’t hear with the windows closed). We were able to bike to town for our plays from here.

Let me start off by saying we loved our stay! It was peaceful and quiet, warm and cozy, and we had everything we needed. Our hosts had thought of so many details that made our stay such a pleasant experience and what we were hoping for. Fire pit with some wood, hotwater for awesome outdoor shower,coffee and basic kitchen needs, but also wonderful little details like robes for the shower, a simple map of the two trails we could walk and ice in the ice chest. Great hosts. Power went out once and they promptly got it fixed. Our only struggle was that it rained while we were there and we didn't get to spend as much time outside as we were hoping. The kitchen table didn't have a cover over it and so we couldn't use it while raining, (bringing a canopy for the rain would have been nice.) But we still had a nice dry and warm time in the cabin area. Excellent stay, will stay here again!

Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters. Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village. Please note: We do allow pets in some of our sites for $10 per night. The cabin, in a Douglas Fir grove next to a seasonal creek, sits on five forested acres and is adjacent to BLM lands open for hiking. Outside is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Snow season starts in late fall and continues through March. Snowparks, snowy woods, and meadows are nearby for cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. The roads to the cabin are plowed, but you'll need all-wheel drive, and tires that are safe for snow and ice. When you arrive, you'll be greeted and briefly introduced to some of the cabin's unique features, including attic stairs to the windowed sleeping loft. Downstairs is a sofa and a sofabed. The coffee cart kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, and microwave. Beautiful property close to Crater Lake National Park. The Wood River runs through it. The 28 acres is mostly undeveloped, but there are a few houses and a restroom outbuilding. Bring your kids, bring your dogs; enjoy the beautiful setting. We have a few kayaks, or there are rental kayaks available nearby. NOTE: Please be aware that the mosquitos can be very bad here at times. Power has recently been going out more frequently due to the Pacific Power's "advanced safety settings". When the power is out the well pump is out, so there is no water. I am happy to provide buckets of river water for "flushing toilets" and pay for showers at the Klamoya Travel Center. I will not be giving refunds for a situation over which I have no control.

There is something here for everyone, any time of year. Guest access: The entire property (10 acers) is for your use. The driveway is gated with use of a keypad for entry. Other Details: There is over 100 acres of BLM land adjoining our property on two sides with miles of trails to explore. Breathtaking river views abound. The cabin faces west, making for a nightly sunset show from the cabin and deck. The pellet stove may look small, but it is not a toy. You can even rent a boat at the marina (lake access is 1 mile from the campgrounds). Catch some bass or trout, and cook it up at your site. Keep an eye open for algae bloom advisories.

Everything is just so well-run here. The bathrooms/showers are clean, there's a playground for the kids and an off-leash area for your pets. The campsites are really well-maintained—151 RV sites with a dump station, and another 50 tent sites. There's even a kitchen area with gas stoves and a bbq trailer for rent if you want to go gourmet. Don't miss the top notch star gazing after dark.
