Our charming property in southern Oregon sits right in the heart of the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest, creating a perfect blend of nature and comfort. Nestled in Grizzly Canyon, it offers amazing views of the surrounding area and Mount McLoughlin. The area is filled with towering Douglas firs, Ponderosa pines, and Madrone trees. Colorful wildflowers iconic to the Pacific Northwest add a splash of color during the spring and summer months. Wildlife is all around—deer might wander by, and birds fill the air with their songs. South Fork Little Butte Creek, with its cool, active waters and numerous swimming holes, offers additional recreational opportunities. The creek is accessible on the property and stays active and cool year-round. Just a short 8-minute drive down the road lies a trailhead that opens up to a scenic path, guiding visitors through lush forest terrain to a multi-tiered waterfall. After enjoying the waterfall, visitors can cool off in the creek or simply relax by its banks, basking in the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The waterfall, along with the expansive views of Mount McLoughlin and the rich forest environment, embodies the tranquility and splendor of southern Oregon’s wilderness. It’s a perfect example of the region's natural charm, providing a peaceful retreat and a chance to immerse oneself in the beauty of the great outdoors.
