The place has been farmland since about 1926. It became a family horse property with three pastures and now is a small lavender and blackberry farm. While it is limited to two RV sites, there may be farm visitors walking around the area. Tall cedars and fir remain in the back of the property and provide for a forest experience. It is not a commercial campground. We are now turning it into a small lavender farm. About half of the original pasture is now covered in black ground mat and 3,000 newly planted lavender.

You should rely primarily on your own power. Walking trails are in cedar trees and on hill across 10 acres with flower fields and blackberry "farm". Free blackberry picking in season (August and Early September). Deer, racoons, foxes, bald eagles and occassional coyote on site. Keep food and trash secure. No toilet or sewer available. There is one portable "porta potty" type facility. Dry camping only, no camp fires allowed due to fire conditions. Pack out own trash/garbage. No Pets allowed. Only visible neighbors are three horses on neigboring 10 acre farm property. There is Wi-Fi. Beach access has been closed.

Dun Tun is a 5-acre working smallhold we are assisting back to a healthier level. We have animals, plants and people contributing to improving the soil and biodiversity. You may see our meadows high and full of wildflowers or cut short for our animal's benefit. Both make for excellent views from our campsites.
2026 update! We welcome Tio and Rosie, our two new livestock guardian dogs, to the DunTun this year. They are still puppies and learning their jobs so please keep all pets on leashes and away from livestock areas. Our sheep, goats and dogs are on pasture during the day, inside electric fences, so please use caution and keep your pets and kids safe. We have also installed a perimeter fence around the back four acres but please continue to keep pets on leash for their safety and the safety of our animals.
We built a new shelter for the compartment toilet for added privacy and weather protection in 2024!
We are expanding our farm stand, in addition to eggs you will now find seasonal produce, firewood when fires are permitted and souvenirs made by folks who live and work on our farm.
Both campsites are unimproved spots in our future silvopasture food forest. Located on the "back four" acres of our property, they're surrounded by trees and seclusion. We back to a small airport and are near a main road and you will probably hear traffic. Both campsites have trees and space protecting them from views of people or development. We improved our road in 2022 so bring your vehicle with no worries.
We're just outside of the busy part of Port Townsend and close to farms, beaches and historic sites. Go into town for festivals, restaurants and the farmer's market. Chimacum, just two miles away, has several nice restaurants, breweries and farms that offer tours. We're two miles from restaurants, hardware stores and a grocery store in Port Hadlock.
We're just 45 minutes from Olympic National Park and 2 hours to the Olympic Peninsula Coast so we're a great stop over.

Each site can accommodate two RV’s or just a bunch of tents. You will have full access to the parcel allowing you to explore or just hang out at the river. We are pet friendly. Well behaved dogs can be off leash this vacation.
The nearest towns are Sequim, Port Angeles, Port Townsend, Victoria B.C., Just minutes from Sequim you’ll find restaurants, wineries and grocery stores.
The nearest attractions are Olympic National Park, Hurricane Ridge, Olympic Discovery Trail, Ferry Dock to Victoria B.C., Lake Crescent, and Hoh Rainforest where you can enjoy activities such as: boating, fishing, wildlife viewing, winter activities, hiking, biking, etc. Also, you can ride directly from the campsite to some fabulous mountain biking trails at Dungeness Trails.

We've only been building up our homestead for about 2 years, so the farm only covers a few acres - the rest is naturally regenerating wilderness. Around the hill and below in the "wild meadow" we've cleared out a vehicle trail to a secluded spot for camping. Though we raise chickens, goats, a cow and a pig nearby, you would never know it from your camp site.
Our property is far enough from the city to feel remote and surrounded by wildlife, yet we are a 15 minute bicycle ride from the beach and the town of Langley and all the benefits that civilization has to offer. Beachcombing, wine tasting, concerts, hiking, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming, and dining, just to name a few.

This secluded meadow has sweeping views, including a stunning shot of Mount Rainier on clear days. Surrounded by forested land including a park preserve, the land is quiet and private. A great place to watch birds, access multiple park trails by foot, or just enjoy being outside in nature. There are old fruit trees on the land that give plentiful fruit (most years) starting in August, and depending on the time of year you'll also find blackberries, huckleberries and salal berries. Additional tent sites are tucked into the trees. Serving all is an outdoor/covered compost toilet tucked into the trees a couple minutes walk from the meadow. There is also a spigot with hose where you can rinse off gear etc. A public swimming hole on Lake Florence is a short drive way, along with beaches. If there happen to be other campers, they’ll be out of view — leaving you free to enjoy golden hour wildflowers or some of the best stargazing in the country. You might even meet our resident black-tailed deer (the newborn fawn is named Leopold 🦌).

We are a first generation, working 16 acre homestead in Langley, WA on beautiful Whidbey Island. We've only been building up our homestead for about 2 years, so the farm only covers a few acres - the rest is naturally regenerating wilderness. Around the hill and below in the "wild meadow" we've cleared out a vehicle trail to a secluded spot for camping. Though we raise chickens, goats, a cow and a pig nearby, you would never know it from your camp site.
Our property is far enough from the city to feel remote and surrounded by wildlife, yet we are a 15 minute bicycle ride from the beach and the town of Langley and all the benefits that civilization has to offer. Beachcombing, wine tasting, concerts, hiking, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming, and dining, just to name a few.
• Dogs are welcome, but not allowed to roam freely. Please leash while exploring and please pick up after them.

This secluded meadow has sweeping views, including a stunning shot of Mount Rainier on clear days. Surrounded by forested land including a park preserve, the land is quiet and private. A great place to watch birds, access multiple park trails by foot, or just enjoy being outside in nature. There are old fruit trees on the land that give plentiful fruit (most years) starting in August, and depending on the time of year you'll also find blackberries, huckleberries and salal berries. Additional tent sites are tucked into the trees. Serving all is an outdoor/covered compost toilet tucked into the trees a couple minutes walk from the meadow. There is also a spigot with hose where you can rinse off gear etc. A public swimming hole on Lake Florence is a short drive way, along with beaches. We have a 16' aluminum Canoe for rent with lifejackets and paddles. We love paddling on Lake Sutherland or Crescent Lake! Both of these spots are about a 20 minutes drive from our place (Canoe rental is $50/day)

Everland’s private campground and trail network are spread across 15 acres of pristine wilderness that feels just like the park — but without the crowds! Each hand-cleared site was intentionally designed by my fiancé and me to offer privacy, natural beauty, and incredible views. Tucked between trees along our year-round creek, chances are good you’ll have Daisy’s Meadow all to yourself. If there happen to be other campers, they’ll be out of view — leaving you free to enjoy golden hour wildflowers or some of the best stargazing in the country. You might even meet our resident black-tailed deer (the newborn fawn is named Leopold 🦌).

The little gazebo that has been built there was wonderful and the property was beautiful, with a little walking trails and a nice river right next to the campsite. Such a lovely view of the river right outside our trailer windows. As other reviewers have mentioned, I've never seen a cleaner portapotty. Made it very easy to extend your stay by extending your black tank storage capacity. Just as pictured. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing! The best camping site we have been to by far. Rich has the most beautiful land and has thought of everything anyone may need for a leisurely camping experience. It was so clean and beautiful and private.
So many trails, several smaller streams connecting to or from the main river. There's a little bridge and so much more. He obviously is in love with the land and with sharing it. I mean the gravel was raked when we got there. He provides a staked down line for our dog to be able to roam securely. The water and electricity were great and the internet provided me with the ability to send and receive text and emails for work. The port a potty’s were clean and even smelled good. I could go on and on and we will definitely be back
