Peaceful and happy campers
We stayed here for a couple of nights and had a truly exceptional experience. Everland itself is a gem of a property. It’s about as picturesque as can be with the meadow and creek, and the sites Kira and Mike have curated there are super cool. Private, beautiful view, stargazing galore, and the swimming hole is awesome!
Site 2 is clean and spacious with plenty of room for a big group, but it still felt cozy for just the two of us. There’s plenty of privacy and tons of wildlife around! We set up our tent on the corner (around 10x15), that’s leveled with wood chips, which was plenty comfortable and big enough to fit more tents. There are other tent sites w/in the site too, but they have grass cover, which my buddy said was also nice and cushy under a tent.
The little touches really stood out…a short trail to the shower and the composting toilet area made using the bathroom fun! I could see the place being a real-life wonderland for kids. We met the owners and could tell they put their heart and soul into creating this space. They were very sweet and accommodating, and you could tell they genuinely cared about their guests. Apparently, they have big plans for building out a full cabin resort and wedding venue, so we’re definitely coming back next year to see it come to life!
Overall, it made for one of the best camping experiences I’ve had in a long time. 1000% beats a crowded Olympic National Park campground!
