Holistic Life Farm offers a 1 dry tent site for up to 12 people, a quaint hideaway cabin, and a glamped out 16x20 canvas tent with a wood stove. We also offer 1 RV site in our parking area.
Stop on your way to Astoria and the coast and make this your destination. Find us about 30 minutes off I-5 freeway across the Longview bridge or 45 minutes east of Astoria. Our farm sits about 5 miles off Highway 30 to the north.
We can direct you to hiking and mountain biking trails in the area (Beaver Falls trailhead is 5 miles from our farm). There is a motor boat launch in the town of Clatskanie, with access to Columbia River.
There is also a launch in the city park for kayaking. The Zen Monastery is just 5 miles away. Long Beach, WA is across the Columbia River via the Astoria Bridge. Lounging about the homestead works too.

Weekend Trip to Elkenmist
The yurt was a perfect way to winter camp and stay semi-warm in the process. The sauna was restorative and the showers had somewhat warm water (better than freezing!) Lots of woods/trails to explore. Saw some elk roaming on our last mornigng there. Will definitely be coming back when its warmer!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this amazing property in the Witches Cabin. My daughter and I explored around the property and we had the best time. Dionne is a amazing host that helped us find the location and also came out to make sure we were all good at our campsite later on in the night. I recommend going to this hipcamp any time!

The little A-frame structure was perfect for my needs and stood up well to some pretty blustery weather on my first day. It takes a minute to locate the structure if you arrive in the dark and rain, as I did, but once I was oriented, all was well. Definitely recommend this instead of a tent if you're coming at a time of year when the weather is a bit unpredictable.

I'd like to thank Paul for being so easy to work with- there was a glitch in the HipCamp app when I first tried to book my stay and I messaged him to request his help. He kept my time slot for unavailable to the public before even receiving payment until the booking issue was resolved, which was an incredible help in planning my vacation. The host's instructions were clear and easy, and the tent itself was in perfect condition exactly as advertised. It was set in a beautiful countryside farm lot with idyllic scenery. The wood stove was a nice touch. Would highly recommend this accommodation!

Absolutely loved it here!! Amy was warm and welcoming and communicated before/throughout my entire stay. The property is so beautiful and the cabin is immaculate. My pup and I stayed here after a week-long trip down the OR coast and it was the perfect place to stop for a couple days before heading back to Seattle. Will definitely be back here!

With pets
The glamping tent was gorgeous. We had a wonderful time, and slept very comfortably. There was a pull-out bed that would fit two adults comfortably (4 total in the tent) so we want to come back with friends this fall! James- the sweetest dog- hung around our site off and on during the stay, which our dogs loved, but FYI if you have reactive dogs you will definitely need to keep them tied up. We felt very comfortable here and our dogs had an amazing time as well. Gorgeous, peaceful piece of land.

Weekend Trip to HolisticLifeFarm Clatskanie OR
My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay soooo much . We drove up from Seattle to explore Astoria/seaside . We arrived a little late and Paul reassured us that was okay last minute we let them know we’d like the fire pit and they had the propane ready to go for us when we arrived . The drive up wasn’t bad and it was easy to find with gps .The cabin we stayed in was very cozy, cute and perfect sized for us two , they also have wagons to get our things from the car to the cabin with ease cabin faced a secluded area and we really appreciated it . We also had service the whole time total plus . 10/10 recommend and we will be back

Weekend Trip to Fern Haus
The whole property was so lovely and we very much enjoyed staying in the Witches Cabin! It couldn’t have been a more cozy and comfortable stay. Dionne made everything seamless and was very quick to respond to any questions. All the camp sites looked so fun, and we will certainly be back!

Host was gracious enough to let us put up our tent next to the canvas tent since we booked two sites. Location was easy to find yet was in a very quiet area! The sites and bathroom were well maintained and easily accessible. 10/10 would absolutely recommend

1 night at HolisticLifeFarm Clatskanie OR
This little cabin was perfect for our little getaway. It’s about 50 min from the coast. It was very quiet with the occasional moos from nearby cows, which we didn’t mind. We got to say hi to the cows in the morning! The window wall opens up, which we opened in the morning and enjoyed the fresh air with our breakfast. Paul was incredibly accommodating and friendly and shared some of his freshly grown vegetables in the morning. We can’t wait to visit again!
