There is a firewood stand on site and bundles are only $5! The hobbit house is built back into a hillside and is underground, round doors, and arched ceiling stays true to hobbit architecture. This is a glamping opportunity. Inside the hobbit house there is a full bed for two, with a quality mattress and an adjustable bed frame that has a motor to lift body to sit up or you can raise legs. There is power inside and a small microwave for cooking. 30 feet away is a sink for cleaning and good drinking water. There is a bathroom area a short way down the hill with a flushing toilet and heated shower. Outdoors includes a fire pit, a few small springs and ponds and lots of trails to explore. My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this amazing property in the Witches Cabin. My daughter and I explored around the property and we had the best time. Dionne is a amazing host that helped us find the location and also came out to make sure we were all good at our campsite later on in the night. I recommend going to this hipcamp any time!

It’s very private since we were the only campers that time we stayed there. I definitely would like to stay there in summertime . The caretakers did way beyond what. We expected . He gave us wood to burn and we did enjoyed our overnight there even it rained . The brook an added tranquil touch of my experience. Thank you and I hope to go back again soon.

We stayed at Site 3 at Jackie and Ron’s. The hosts are more than accommodating. We loved the location and clean bathrooms at a well maintained RV park. There was also WiFi for those that need it, and fire rings if one would like a fire. The campers are quiet and respectful. We will definitely stay here for future clam digging trips.

The little A-frame structure was perfect for my needs and stood up well to some pretty blustery weather on my first day. It takes a minute to locate the structure if you arrive in the dark and rain, as I did, but once I was oriented, all was well. Definitely recommend this instead of a tent if you're coming at a time of year when the weather is a bit unpredictable.

Perfect autumnal rainy getaway with the pups! The cabin was cozy and quite private, but close enough to town that we could make a quick trip to pick up the pancake mix we’d forgotten (oops!). Comfy couch, sweet bed nook, and plenty of trails and spots for the dogs to explore.

Cannot recommend enough, a really magical place. The yurt was kept warm with the wood burning stove and the sauna was an absolute treat. We loved talking to all the folks at the farm, can't wait to go back!
