2nd time staying at Lost Valley Farm and had another awesome stay! Our family is already thinking about when we can come back again for more R&R.
Stayed at site 5 this time (#2 previously) for a couple nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s perhaps the most secluded spot, with multiple tent spots to choose from set back in the tree line so you’re shaded, but with open spaces to use. We enjoyed petting and feeding Early, their pig, and seeing Brett work their beehive which was splitting into two. The fresh honey was delicious! Walking the farm, watching the other animals, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, and using their games (cornhole, bocce, etc.) helped pass the time away. No cell reception (Verizon) made it that much more relaxing. The hammock took it to the next level.
Both Galilee and Brett are very welcoming, happy to share farm knowledge, but also give you space. Their dog, Flint, was sweet and came by to check on us a few times per day and say hi to our dogs. Sorry we had to leave but looking forward to the next trip back! See you again soon!
