The home site is perfectly cut into a groove in the hillside 200 feet above the valley below allowing for beautiful Mountain views and amazing privacy with no visible neighbors other than the variety of local wildlife. You’ll have the entire property to yourself as we don’t live on site. The 200 square foot home is built intentionally small and cozy. Perfect for couples getaways or solo retreats. We encourage you to get outside and enjoy the amenities including: side by side outdoor wooden soaking tubs, a wood fired sauna, seasonal plunge pool and an elevated view platform with a fire pit. All solar powered and all awesome! It’s just a short 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Rogue River for groceries, restaurants, supplies and access to I-5. Pet friendly too! The house has excellent Wifi to keep you connected and solar powered air conditioning for those hot summer days. Even our well pump is solar powered to supply the gravity feed water supply. We do have back up generators to keep everything running smoothly during prolonged cloudy weather. Just in case! **Our driveway has a short section that is quite steep. An AWD vehicle is required to safely reach the home.**
