Campers are encouraged to explore, but be aware, this property is wild.. and encounters with wildlife are common. Beyond the adventuring that can be done on the property, Baker Beach state park is less than a half a mile away and there is a plethora of trails, parks, and lakes within 10 miles. We do have full time neighbors just to the North, so we ask that you be respectful and cautious with regard to dogs/noise. Hwy 101 can be very dangerous for unsuspecting pets. There are several roadside campfire stations(directly across 101 from camp) offering small bundles for $5-6/night. **Be advised that we are slowly working on the property to eventually create more camping space. There was a lot of dirt/fill brought in over the winter of 2022 and the property may not be as green as years past.** Please be our guests, relax, and enjoy!

Our farm is nestled at the end of Honey Grove Valley in the lush coastal mountains. The creek meanders through our seven acre property. The north side contains a field, small orchard, greenhouses and barn. The south side is steep and wooded with healthy riparian. An extension to the Honey Grove trail leads out of the property accessing a user maintained hiking/mountain biking trail with 1.5, 3, 5 and 7 mile loop options. Other nearby activities include hiking and mountain biking in Mary's Peak and Alsea Falls recreational area. Access to the Alsea River is located 1.5 miles from the property on Honey Grove Road or at nearby Clemmons Park. Please maintain good situational awareness when enjoying the property as structures and grounds may have some inherent hazards. The barn is off limits. we stayed here on our way up and back to Bremerton, so this review is supplemental to my earlier one. As before, this is a great place to stay with all the hook ups and a nice view out over the hillside. Jered is a really easy-going host and again went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I'm sure we'll stop back by on our next trip as this site is easy to get to being just a few short miles off of I-5. It's peaceful and quiet at night and well worth the quick jaunt off the freeway to get a good nights sleep.

All amenities for RV hook ups are available and it's a beautiful hillside overlook from the pad.. Easy to get to from I-5 but feels like you're out in the country and very peaceful. We will be back.

Absolutely gorgeous property, a private site with a beautiful view. Very close to Old town Cemetery, with a historic downtown less than 10 minutes drive. In Brownsville, OR. Stayed for 3 weeks for a job in Lebanon, OR so it was close enough for a comfortable drive to and from, out of the hustle and bustle of the bigger city. Livestock in close surrounding areas, lots of deer! And wild turkeys.. also witnessed a lady bug swarm for the first time in life and it was such a great experience! Host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly, also gave advice on what to check out for holiday festivities while staying. Fire pit included! ☺️🦃🌳🦌🐄🐃🐓🪦They also have all hook ups available for your RV as well as recycling and garbage can for trash etc. Would absolutely stay again. Its giving Sleepy Hollow vibes ❤️

These guys put the hip in #hipcamp. Jim was a wonderful and engaging host. We stayed in the caboose and the highlights were hanging out with the host and his friends, the sauna, and hot tub. If you are bringing kids maybe check with the host or Eric on the vibe before coming. It is a beautiful property and you can tell Jim has put a lot of thought, effort, and himself in the place.
