This tucked away spot right on the Umpqua river was one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. We swam in the river, cooked wonderful meals, and slept amazingly. The local street, and town were so welcoming. Lots of hidden nature spots, as well. The hosts were phenomenal, absolutely phenomenal, in communication, and suggestions, and how they prepared the space for our stay, etc. Truly 10/10. I will be coming back! Their guest book says it all- all of the things you need were there, the details provided a truly special getaway, and I am so glad we found this place! You will be lucky to come stay here.

Me and my girlfriend had such an amazing time at Jeff’s camp. The view was breathtaking and the river was perfect for kayaking on the provided kayaks and swimming when it was sunny out. The dome was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen shed proved an amazing addition. Everything was easy to use and Jeff was amazing with his communication our entire stay. Reaching out multiple times so make sure we had anything who may need. My only complaint would be we couldn’t stay longer!

Jeff is a very friendly host. The river access can't be beat and the cooking shed was a nice amenity.
The traffic noise was loud and one our dogs were a bit unsure of the ramp to the dock.
Overall we had a nice time though. 😀

We absolutely loved our time here, with our little kids we felt incredibly safe and well prepared for anything. The camp kitchen was perfectly stocked and we were pleasantly surprised there was a small refrigerator for our cold food. We would easily come back in the summer!

Jeff’s site was incredible. The accommodations were cozy even on a rainy cold weekend and Jeff was a spectacular host. My dog and I had an absolute blast even when it was pouring rain. Such a gem!

We had an Amazing stay! The dome is cute and cozy and we loved the location. The dock on the river was great, we caught some bass while fishing and also took out the 2 person canoe. The propane fire pit was nice and convenient. Loved eveything about our stay, they provided evrything we needed. Can't wait to go back and stay longer!

I liked the propane fireplace outside, genius.
The property isn't fully fenced which is a bummer with a dog that likes to be naughty 😭. He almost got smashed on the main road. Everything else was fine. Nice river spot, peaceful kayaking. Everything you need is there. Fridge is super convenient.

The space was pretty awesome and was perfect size for 3 friends and our 2 pets traveling the west coast. We wish we could have stayed longer. The dock and river access was great, a little windy but that didnt stop us. Cooking on the fire was also super easy and convenient. Jeff himself was a great guy and we appreciated him being flexible with us. We would live to stay again some day.

What a sweet spot. Beautiful- easy- well appointed. Jeff was kind and attentive when we had a question and, otherwise, left us to ourselves to enjoy a lovely couple days lounging and playing on the river. The kayaks were appreciated. Our morning paddles were glorious.

We had an amazing time at the dome! I brought my mom and it was her first experience with glamping (or camping!) and I couldn’t have picked a better spot to show her how fun it is. This spot had everything to make our stay comfy and safe including towels, camp chairs, grill lighters, camp table, life jackets, kayaks, s’more sticks, and a cute shed kitchen with necessities! I am already thinking of who I can bring next. Thanks for a great spot!

Jeff's glamping spot on the river had everything we needed for a relaxing girls weekend! The shed kitchen was adorable and well stocked, private dock and kayaks were great, dome was so cozy and had awesome touches, loved the propane fire pit and outdoor shower! There were also 2 camp chairs and small table for the fire pit included. Jeff was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It was very private and quiet, a lovely time.

My family and I had so much fun at this amazing site. My 10 year old son caught three small mouth bass. We cooked one and the other two we let go. The swimming and kayaking were highlights. My only complaint was the road noise in the middle of the night. The dome was so comfy and serene. The kitchen is well stocked, as is the dome, making it a really easy destination to pack for. Jeff was an excellent host, ready to answer any questions we had. The cafe nearby was great for breakfast and gypsy chicks food truck makes delicious sandwiches and french fries. We hope to be back for a return visit someday and will certainly recommend this spot to friends.

We enjoyed our stay at Tides Reach. The yurt was cozy; the bed and furnishings were very comfortable. The river and surrounding landscape is beautiful. It was very relaxing sitting on the dock.
We also enjoyed visiting the nearby wineries.

This was an absolute beautiful stay. Everything was so thoughtfully laid out, Jeff was incredibly communicative and it’s clear that he strives to provide the best experience. He was kind in offering any help we might need or giving recommendations.
The private river bank was lovely, water was clear enough to see the fish bite and we caught a couple. Kayaking was great, but do prepare to walk them down some stairs. Not too bad.
Kitchen was super user friendly, fireplaces were easy and warm, and everything was laid out to maximize comfort at every level.

Everything about this spot is perfect! Jeff and his family put so much emphasis on the details. The canvas tent is cozy, bed is really comfortable, and the view out beyond the stove - amazing! The surrounding property is stunning too. You even have your own private dock for all the swims and evening/morning hang outs. A great stop on the way to the Oregon coast!
