Cedar Bloom was purchased in the spring of 2017 by Spirit Weavers Gathering as a place of peace and healing, for all walks of life. Spirit Weavers is an annual women's gathering which happens once a year each June. We host over 1,200 women in just two weeks on the land.
Our beautiful forested land is located in Southern Oregon, in a small town off the 199 Redwood Highway. The land which we call home is 100 acres of beautiful protected forest and sits upon a mile of the Illinois River.
We are very fortunate to be surrounded by a widely diverse population of flora and fauna. As caretakers of this sacred land, we feel a strong responsibility to honor our plant and animal allies by not only protecting them and their habitat, but also to help educate others about what lives and grows here by providing people with opportunities to experience the beauty of these plants and animals for themselves. For this reason, We are honored to host the many different groups who will gather here on this land for learning and communing with the nature that flourishes here. We feel very fortunate to be involved in this process of helping promote a sustainable and abundant future for all living things on this planet by sharing knowledge and skills from the human past that can make a sustainable lifestyle a reality for everyone everywhere.

We had the best time in the forager site!
The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We had a big storm come through the night of our stay and the hosts were super hospitable and brought us a backup power bank. The heater blankets on the bed were a great touch too!
We will certainly be back!

We had a wonderful stay. My best night sleep in a very long time! The dome was so cozy with a warming fire on a rainy night. It’s also close to UO for the football game we attended. We will be back for sure!

Weekend Trip to Cedar Bloom
Cedar bloom is great! This was my second time staying there and first in the dome. It was cold and having a fireplace was amazing. The community kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and cookware needed to cook a meal. The bed was comfy, the hosts were very nice and the sauna/shower's worked great. No complaints, I’ll hopefully be back next summer.

Weekend Trip to Honeycomb Hill
We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to staying at the dome again the next time we're in the area.
The location is private and scenic, about 20 minutes from Ashland's city center. The dome itself is cozy and we'll equipped - though you will need to bring your own cooking supplies if you plan on cooking there. The hot tub was the highlight of our trip. You'll have beautiful views of the hills and wildlife. We spotted a family of deer and while we were tubbing!
One note for potential guest - you may have trouble with the access road to the property with a low-clearance vehicle. Our Subaru Crosstrek made it just fine, but it would be a bumpy one in a sedan.

My friends and our kids had a delightful time at cedar bloom. The river was idyllic, the dome was peaceful and we loved the decor. Adding a photo shoot to the visit checked our family portrait off the list and gave us a way to remember the experience. It was a calm and restorative getaway; we all enjoyed unwinding, decompressing, and connecting with each other in a beautiful place.
Next time I will make use of the kitchen facilities, we look forward to another stay at this amazing property!

Amazing calming space. The Gnome Dome was cozy and perfect. With ample space around making it feel private and quaint. The swimming hole is majestic. The amenities make all the difference, access to the commercial kitchen, running water, showers and smell free compostable toilets. We will definitely be back!

Site was very nice, dome was pretty cozy, bed was comfortable. Beautiful place to stargaze. We only saw one dog but she was a delightful companion for most of our stay. She even slept outside the dome for most of the night, which was unexpected, but she was very respectful and wasn’t bothering us.

I stayed at Cedar Bloom with my 12 year old as a stop on our West Coast road trip and it was one of my favorite parts of the trip. The Gnome Dome was cute and cozy and worked well for travelers without camping equipment. We swam in the river and used the best outdoor shower I ever experienced. It had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and was all around lovely.
