Welcome to our home! We park our RV on the side of the house. It’s a small spot, but we’ll hope this will give you an affordable way to enjoy all Eugene has to offer. Maximum Sleeping Capacity: Comfortably sleeps up to 6 people utilizing its versatile sleeping system. Unique StudioLoft Bed: Features a power-retractable 58" x 78" StudioLoft short queen bed that drops down from the ceiling at the touch of a button, saving floor space during the day. Flex Bed System: The dinette and sofa/bed combine to create a large 70" x 87" Flex Bed System for additional sleeping. Bigger than a California king. Interior Comfort & Amenities Convertible Living Area: Booth dinette (with three-point seat belts) and a sofa/bed, both featuring soft Ultraleather furniture. Kitchen Convenience: Double stainless steel kitchen sink with covers, a 2-burner range top with glass cover, microwave oven, and a mid-size electric/propane refrigerator. Modern Touches: Energy-saving LED lighting throughout and MCD blackout roller shades for privacy and temperature control. Entertainment: Standard TV and DVD player, plus a coach stereo system.
