On our farm we grow veggies and flowers. We raise Nigerian dwarf goats, chickens, and honey bees.
You will be staying in a 16ft Pacific yurt built on raised deck that has a covered deck for shade and rainy days. There is plenty of space for additional tents and RV campers to join! There is a fire pit, picnic table, full propane grill and composting toilet. There is also a wonderful warm wood stove for staying cozy! You can swim in the creek right next to the site or walk over to the North Fork of the Alsea River where there is 1/2 mile of river access and great winter steelhead fishing too.
Close to the farm is world class mountain biking, hiking, fishing, waterfalls, great views, and surfing on the Oregon coast. The camp spot is a very private grassy nook nestled next to Honey Grove Creek.
There are nature trails on the property with blackberry bushes. We offer farm fresh eggs, firewood bundles, and as the garden begins to ramp up- we will offer all the veggies to campers including goat cheese! We can do cash or Venmo payments.

At the bottom of the property there is a tree house, fire pit, and large grass field that could accommodate 20+ tents. Upper area is a rock parking area with RV hook ups. gas firepit, gas BBQ, and picknic table. I only rent to one group at a time. Rarely camping there when campers are there but father is on site (the grey house) to assist if needed.

We have a private, single site located on the banks of the McKenzie River in Rainbow, Oregon. The campsite is near our home, but feels private. The access driveway and site size make it best for camper vans and smaller RV’s. Long trailers, large RV’s and tent camping are not permitted at this time. The site has 50/30 amp and 120 volt outlets, as well as water and Wi-Fi. We have a porta-potty on site Memorial Day through Labor Day.
The property has many areas to set your camp chair or hang your hammock, and lots of short paths to explore. Recreation opportunities abound around here: hiking, biking, fishing, hot springs, cold springs, waterfalls, lava beds, whitewater boating on the river, and flat water paddling on the reservoirs. Fantastic! We booked last minute and arrived after dark. We had such a comfortable stay, and were in awe of the creek right behind us in the morning light. The bed is incredibly comfy, and we were perfectly comfortable. This place is moments from mine and my kid's favorite place to go catch crawdads. I would absolutely book again.

What a magical spot! Stayed in a car tent setup and it was perfect for me as a solo female camper, the hosts are so very kind and I appreciated having folks nearby but also felt totally private. The river is amazing to sleep to and there is a lovely grassy area to hang out / dip as well as a secret hammock nook :) As another note, my anxious dog was able to enjoy this campsite without triggers or distractions and I appreciate that so much! We will be back many times next summer and highly recommend, especially for solo campers or couples or if you have a dog who needs a bit of private space!

What a beautiful, magical little spot to spend some time. It's right by the river so you see rafters going by every once in a while. Fell asleep to the sounds of the river and forest. It was very relaxing. There's a cute restaurant about a mile away but it's a pleasant enough walk. Definitely recommended!

Our group of 3 adults, 1 kid and 3 dogs all had the best time camping on James' land! The sunsets were incredible, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We used the RV site with full hookups as well as the tent campsite below. We enjoyed how spacious and peaceful the land and surroundings were, and especially loved seeing the neighbor's horses. Our first night there, the sky was clear, and we got treated to a spectacular sky full of stars. I've been to Klamath and Central Oregon recently, but this was the most stars I'd seen in years! While I wish we'd had more time to explore the beautiful surroundings, we sure made the most of our weekend trip, with s'mores on the propane fire pit to cooling off in the Calapooia River. The neighboring town of Brownsville was featured in the film, "Stand By Me"! I recommend bringing your own propane, unless you'd like to buy a very expensive tank from Dari Mart. We had a great experience camping here, 10/10.

My wife and I had a great time tent camping at Breeze Valley Farm. It was absolutely perfect for just the two of us.
Our camp was right next to the creek and was very peaceful with plenty of shade. The owner HV was an amazing and welcoming host. Would definitely recommend Breeze Valley Farm to small camping groups.

Our stay at Jeremy and Dana’s place was outstanding! The yurt was super cute and clean, very comfortable bed, and nice deck. The property, the views, and the peacefulness were even better! We walked to the river, enjoyed the sound of the creek behind the yurt, had fires in the fire pit and absolutely loved our stay. Will definitely be back!

This is a awesome place for a group to camp! There were 12 of us and was room for more. We got to put tents up on the platform, the trees are perfect hammock trees. We were able to spend our days at the river right down the road and our nights watching the Stars with a awesome view.
We set up our camp in the tent area which is down a gravel road from the electricity and dumping for RVs. It's a little bit farther away than I was expecting based on the pictures but we just set everything up down there and with some extension cords there was no problem. We had a couple of issues with small cars getting up and down that hill, but the on-site owner let us use the driveway to bail out the one that could not make it back up. There are lots of fun things to explore, including a treehouse, zip line, swings, friendly goats next door, bats, birds and the occasional curious yellow jacket. We appreciated the privacy and the ability to have a great time without worrying about other campers. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back next year!

What a cute little site. There was a table and trash provided. The little swing by the creek was so cute and made me feel like a kid again. My dog loved the creek. The bathrooms were clean. The property is absolutely beautiful. The sites are close to each other but I made friends with them.

What a perfect place to enjoy a beautiful grassy meadow and small stream. We had a camp fire and enjoyed a long walk along the Alsea River in the moring. We loved the goats and bought some damn good garlic. We will be back!

Great little secluded campsite. Even though it is next to house it feels like its own little sanctuary. Host were extremely friendly and accommodating. They even gave me a recommendation to attend the Paella Festival that was happening next door! What an experience
