an 8 acre tree farm
located near Lebanon, Oregon. We purchased this property in 2019.
This is a tree farm with 1000+ planted Christmas trees.
We put in campsites, a cabin, a barn loft, and a fire pit. We offer these to guests when not being used by our family and friends.
Wildlife includes deer, turkey, and quail & 3 active beehives.
Guests are welcome to
fresh eggs from the chicken coop.
We are fully fenced and gated for your family and pets protection.
South Santiam River is less than 1 mile for fishing, kayaking, or rafting.
Foster reservoir is 30 minutes away and Green Peter Reservoir
is 45 minutes away for boating, swimming, and fishing.
There is a loop exercise trail that circles the property and offers 30-degree climbs. You can also play games inside or basketball outside.
We thought it would be great to have family gatherings and get togethers here and think
of this as our slice of heaven, and hope others enjoy it as well.

Close to area cities, but private and beautiful. Campsites are along the woods in an open meadow. We have a tasting room onsite where we serve cider, perry and wine that we make here (open Fri-Sun, 3-9pm in summer). Lots of great bird watching, beautiful gardens and great backdrop of the coast Range. We host a summer concert series, usually on Saturdays, so those days are blocked. You may still be able to come though- just shoot me a message!

A 40-acre isolated forest paradise, our property has several places to dry camp with your tent or with your trailer/RV. We are close to Falls City, the vast wilderness of the Oregon Coast Range, Valley of the Giants, and are about a 15 minute drive from the cities of Dallas and Monmouth. We have two sites currently ready for camping with AMAZING views of the Oregon Coast Range with phone service, pets allowed if kept on leash (there are animals on neighboring properties), and a designated fire ring for fires if a fire ban is not in place. There is a water hose available for filling up jugs on site. We are currently in the process of putting in an outhouse and showers, but currently we ask that you leave the site as you found it. Kim is great! Welcomed us and helped get us settled in a perfect spot. Water is easily accessed to fill up a camper, and there are bathrooms on site. Wifi is strong and consistent.
The Hipcamp site is beautiful, quiet, and away from it all but not too far from McMinnville where you can see a movie, or grab a meal or walk about a cute downtown.
And the stargazing is amazing!

I would highly recommend staying at Roshambo Artfarm. Kim, the owner, is very welcoming and will explain what sets their wine and ciders apart from the others. Sitting up on a bluff, the views were beautiful.

This was a gem of a campground for our family. My 5 & 7 year olds said it was the best place they’ve ever camped. They were able to wander around, explore the barn, swing on the swing set, check out the chickens, and their favorite - hang with the cat! Stephany and Mike have this place dialed, they had everything we could have ever needed. Including an ice maker! Highly recommend this spot.

Kim’s land was not only beautiful, but a pleasant escape for the night. The cider tasting is not to be missed, and really brought all the other HipCampers together. I wish I planned to stay longer, because it really was a great experience!

The Roshambo Artfarm was a lovely, quiet location and Kim was a pleasure to correspond with. The restrooms were very nice. I enjoyed the beautiful flower beds around the outdoor tasting room and lounge. I was there mid-week when the tasting room was not open.

Just needed a flat spot to pitch our family-size tent for a night. This place fit the bill, and it had a nice view of the surrounding hills. Had to keep the kids from wandering into the ubiquitous prickly berry bushes, and it looked like there was some poison oak on the fringes of the spot, but these hazards were mostly easy to avoid.

Amazing property! The camp sites were nice with picnic tables. Common area had everything, with a bathroom, shower, fridge and laundry. The property is in a beautiful location. My 2wd vanagon had a little gravel churn (sorry) when pulling into my spot, but a
Little momentum made it work. Great hosts and we will be back. The small town is such a gem, and every person we encountered was so friendly. Great coffee shops and restaurants.

Was honestly such a beautiful place to spend the night! You are about halfway between Salem and the coast, so it gets nice and dark. There is a bit of light pollution from a logging plant a couple hills over, but still very beautiful at night. I absolutely will be staying here again in the future, just next time, I will be more prepared for how cold it can get! Lol
