4 nights at Mystic Meadow Farm Glamping.

Wendy was a great host! Every little detail added up to a wonderful stay! Cute, comfortable, and dry (it rained a couple of evenings during our stay) A-frame provided privacy. The shower house was awesome and she even has walking trails! Come to the Mystic Meadow Love Shack, sit in the rocking chairs, and listen to the riffle of the minnow-filled brook and RELAX!

Weekend Trip to Mystic Meadow Farm Glamping.

I loved the time I spent on Wendys land, the view is beautiful, the nights are calm and relaxing, and they're a wonderful host! My partner and I enjoyed alot of time around the firepit, and hiking around the area.

What an awesome property, and wonderful hosts. Lots of space to spread out, disc golf baskets on site, a pond for fishing, not missing anything for a great weekend outdoors. Will go back for sure

Weekend Trip to The Cozy Heron Glamping

The wagons were so nice and conveniently located right near the restaurant and water. The beds were super comfy, and the room was so cozy. The AC worked perfectly keeping the place cool. The gas black stone grill was a nice surprise!! The staff kept the bath houses fully stocked with towels and other essentials. And the restaurant next door was a huge hit. The staff was lovely and very accommodating for our large crew of 17 for lunches and dinners. We will definitely be back!! We had the best time!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Swamp Rose wagon! The AC was so nice in the wagon, especially at night! The accessibility of the firewood was a nice touch. We enjoyed The River Adventures each day. After a long day of play it was great having a vibrant, tasty restaurant to dine at! Can't wait to go back next year with our crew!!

We had a great time glamping at Cyrus! It was a cozy glamping tent. When we arrived, we had everything we needed. The family room was also convenient and fun way to spend our time. There was also a grill on site. The little walking trail was easy to follow. The kids loved the swing the most !

We so enjoyed our stay on Wes’s property! Between us we had four kids ages 5 and under and they had so much to entertain themselves. We loved hanging out under the huge oak tree, using the tree swing, visiting the animals (especially the baby pigs!), and going for walks. Wes was easy to get ahold of and we had everything we needed!

My partner and I had a great weekend here! While most of our time was spent hiking, and unfortunately our trip was cut short due to personal reasons, we loved having a secluded cozy spot to come back to!

We rented 'The Whole Enchilada' for 7 families with kids ranging from 4 to 7 years of age. It was the perfect way to initiate them to tent camping and they all loved it. We can't wait to go back. Wes and Kaitlin are superb hosts, very responsive and accommodating.

The Saxapahaw Country Club is a beautiful 31-acre working farm and event space. Located just a few minutes from Saxapahaw Village, it's a convenient and gorgeous place to stay. While we are happy to be a late-night crash spot for after shows at the Haw River Ballroom, we hope you stay a minute to walk the fields, hang in the hammocks, sit by the pond, or take a swing from the branches of our 200 year old White Oak tree. You'll come down our curvy driveway through the trees, and see our event barn on the left. In front of the barn is a communal space for campers to enjoy with a great view. This area has a fire pit, chairs, wood-fired grill, handwashing station, and farm table. The shared outhouse/composting toilet is next to the pine stand with a white roof. Please note, this farm stay is an agritourism activity subject to the limit of liabilities as described in N.C.G.S § 99E‑32(b). We have sheep and pigs and a donkey rotating through pastures behind electric fencing. You are welcome to look but don't touch the fence! We also have 3 very friendly farm cats. Pork and lamb from the farm is available for purchase, as well as kiln-dried firewood. Nearby activities: Entertainment: Catch big acts at the nearby Haw River Ballroom venue or enjoy free live music at Saturdays in Saxapahaw. Shop vintage, records, VHS and more at Saxy-a-Go-Go. My farm had been untouched for years and only used as hay farming. It is rolling hills known by the locals as "Butterfly Hill" Which the farm is home to many species of butterflies in the summer. I know the area was inhabited by native Americans many decades ago. I have found a few broken arrow heads over the years. The farm is beautiful and quiet. I have a beautiful hiking trail around the property for you to take your fur babies on. The cabin is right on a beautiful stream too.
