This property is unimproved and unmaintained raw natural land. The entire property is surrounded by a farm drainage ditch on all sides, with random farm drainage ditches to insure the land is dry and a 60’ x 60’ old farm irrigation pond (see satellite photo to know where the ditches are located). There is plenty of seasoned raw wood (from when the property was cleared 4 years ago) laying randomly throughout the property to cut and collect for a camp fire. The land is located off a dirt access road that is well maintained by the county. The county dirt road can provide for hours of peaceful riding via mountain bikes. Campers are more than welcome to cut their own path on the land for their campsite. There is a fire pit by the large tree when first entering the property at Entrance 2 (please see photos for the locations of Entrance 1 and 2). Note: This raw land is unmaintained and was last cleared 4 years ago, photos are from April 2022. There is a video tour posted on youtube of the property, which can be navigated to via our twitter site link that is shared here as our website address. Please note as of 2025, we have 2 parking areas roped off with yellow rope, one parking area is 20’ x 50’ with crushed aggregate the other parking area is 20’ x 45’. This area is camping in the raw, a designated resting spot for a Camper Van, it is not for an amateur as clearing brush may be necessary and is priced accordingly no frills. Campers will likely will be greeted by friendly neighbors now as opposed to long ago. We understand the previous problem left. :-)

I was with a small group. We booked several sites and had the whole camp for our group. We had a great time. We gathered around the campfire to share stories and beverages. My tent vestibule faced the water. It was wonderful view to wake up to.
Lillington was a short drive to pick up supplies and eat at a diner.
Host Sean was friendly and came to visit and share his story.
Our group will probably make this and annual destination.

Very convenient location right off a main road yet spot was tucked away in the back surround by trees & a pond with a larger lake behind. There is fishing here & the camping includes it. Too cold and short a visit this time but I will be back to try it...

Mandy's place is very comfortable - she has put a lot of thought into providing more than essentials - table, lights, hammock, and more. The campsite is flat, with trees. The directions were clear and Mandy was very responsive. All in all, we would stay here again and recommend it highly.

I recently stayed at Cedar Creek Campground and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful and clean the property was. The serene and quiet setting made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Michael was fantastic—very responsive, friendly, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail.
Every aspect of this campground exceeded my expectations, from the cleanliness to the peaceful surroundings. I would gladly give Cedar Creek Campground a full 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Michelle’s campground is a beautiful property. It was very clean, peaceful, and quiet. All the other campers were friendly and excellent neighbors. Everyone was respectful of everyone else’s privacy and space (which protected the overall vibe of the place) while still be kind and friendly. Overall the property is clean and extremely well-maintained. I enjoyed the trails for walking with my dogs, and they enjoyed getting to see the various animals. At night, it was dark and silent - which was so refreshing. Michelle herself met me when I arrived and was very helpful and so nice. I had an excellent experience and will definitely plan for this to be my go-to spot when I am in the area!

Beautiful, private and somewhat enchanted. We felt such a sense of peace here. From the first contact with Mike, we knew it would be special. Large, private lots were scattered throughout the wooded area. Very well landscaped and looking forward to returning when everything is in bloom. If this is any indication of what our retirement will be like, we’re ready to explore now. A lot of love and care has built this place and it shows!

I brought my RV out to Michael’s place and had an incredible stay. The property is spotless—honestly looks and feels brand new and the peace and quiet out there is exactly what I needed. Michael was an awesome host, quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely welcoming.
The space is open, relaxing, and very well taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back without a doubt. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable getaway.
