The entire property is surrounded by a farm drainage ditch on all sides, with random farm drainage ditches to insure the land is dry and a 60’ x 60’ old farm irrigation pond (see satellite photo to know where the ditches are located). There is plenty of seasoned raw wood (from when the property was cleared 4 years ago) laying randomly throughout the property to cut and collect for a camp fire. The land is located off a dirt access road that is well maintained by the county. The county dirt road can provide for hours of peaceful riding via mountain bikes. Campers are more then welcome to cut their own path on the land for their campsite. There is a fire pit by the large tree when first entering the property at Entrance 2 (please see photos for the locations of Entrance 1 and 2). Note: This raw land is unmaintained and was last cleared 4 years ago, photos are from April 2022. Beautiful, private and somewhat enchanted. We felt such a sense of peace here. From the first contact with Mike, we knew it would be special. Large, private lots were scattered throughout the wooded area. Very well landscaped and looking forward to returning when everything is in bloom. If this is any indication of what our retirement will be like, we’re ready to explore now. A lot of love and care has built this place and it shows!

Excellent spot away from the city but not to far out of the way. Right on the water side made for excellent mornings sitting around the fire enjoying coffee and enjoying the view. The host was exceptional with everything from first meet and great to departure. If you want a quite relaxing weekend away I would highly recommend this spot.

Peaceful, quiet, super easy check in, my husband and I loved it here. Drive past the host house and past some cute horses and straight back to a nice large field and set up. Toilet and hand washing area is nice too. We were there by ourselves and had complete privacy. Mandy's communication was awesome and we had no problems finding the location and setting up! Would definitely stay again if ever in the area!
