I liked the simple easy property. The dirt road to enter was rough. But otherwise the property was exactly as described.

Tall Grass and Pines
I spent a few days here in early December. It’s a no frills spot as per the description and needed a bit of clearing. There are some welcoming people that live nearby and the owner was responsive. Weren’t any trails near the spot but the road it’s on was good for walking my dog. My trailer and truck together are about 40 feet and not much beyond that would fit here without some work. It’s a safe place to stay for a few days at an inexpensive rate. Also, coming from the Hwy 712 direction has much less unpaved section fyi

Tall Grass and Pines
This is the perfect spot to park and camp right outside of Myrtle Beach. It's right off the main highway, it's easy to get to and within 15 minutes you can be right in the middle of everything. You can't beat the price for the property. It's a beautiful, it's quiet and it's safe. I travel solo except my dog and I felt perfectly safe even sleeping with my van door open at night. The neighbors are very nice, you rarely see them but when they go by there friendly and they wave which also felt good knowing that they knew I was out there in case something happened but like I said I only saw them once or twice. There's a really cool crumbling old barn or farmhouse at the end of the dirt road which is really cool to look at and it happens to be right up the street from one of Myrtle Beach's hidden gem restaurants rad dews. It's a local barbecue place and there's Sunday lunch is fresh cooked barbecue and soul food it's a must for the area. It was a great place to walk my dog there's a dead end with a big field and there's also a small swamp the other way down the road and my dog liked watching the turtles jump in the water. There's rarely any cars so it was easy to walk the dog on the dirt road ...my dog loved it. There's a small general store up on the corner of the highway that is a perfect place to pick up groceries, a hot lunch and they have ice cream. And in Myrtle Beach you rarely get to see the stars because of all the lights but out here you could see everything.
The Pros: The owner is very nice and responsive. The location is exactly as described, and it's off this lovely dirt road with a horse farm and tons of farm land.
The Cons: There is a neighbor who was very unpleasant - called the cops on me for trespassing (I was not), and came outside and cursed at me. It was bad enough that I actually packed up and left rather than stay the night and deal with her and her dog (who barked for 3 hours straight - I timed it).
Another Pro: The owner was very apologetic for the neighbors behavior and has been in contact with the county about it. I don't know if anything will change because of this, but I hope so.
If Karens don't bother you, I would highly recommend this place. If they do - or you are hoping for peace and quiet - I unfortunately can't recommend it until the neighbor moves or has a personality transplant.
