Our farm is an agritourism/sheep farm that offers seasonal events, educational workshops, a petting zoo, Bed and Breakfast, farm store, and camping area!
We are a working farm during the week but we allow campers to park on weekends or weekdays. The price is the same except the petting zoo and farm store are only open on weekends.
We don't have hookups, so bring a generator if you need it. If you need to fill up your RV water tank, we charge $10. Each of the 3 sites has a fire ring and picnic table.
A Grill Pavilion is available to rent for $20 extra. See photos. Propane, grill, table and party lights included.
We allow check-ins during the week after 12 noon, perfect for folks passing through and just need a safe and quiet place to park for the night and not interested in visiting the farm store, the barnyard or the rest of the farm, which are closed during week.
If you are looking for interaction with the animals, or need supplies from the farm store, we open from 10-4 weekends only. You can purchase feed for the animals for $1/bag then. We have sheep, donkeys, chickens, ducks, rabbits, turkeys, guinea pigs and geese!
While we are dog-friendly, we do not allow dogs closer to the petting zoo area. We offer a 1+ acre fenced in area next to the camping sites where you can allow your dogs off-leash. No extra charge.
Our camping area is a large grassy field that will accommodate multiple tent campers, travel trailers, and RVs under 30' with room to turn around, stake your area, and not feel crowded.
There is also 1 regularly maintained porta potty located in this area.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Turn into the driveway and up towards the house. You will enter the camping area through the open double gates on your left. We no longer use the red gate on your right as a camping area.

William Cornelius Vineyard is a 50-acre private working vineyard and farm that includes 6 acres of Vineyard, 15 acres of corn/soybean fields, and 15 acres of forest. Two vintage tobacco barns add rustic charm to the site. A lovely stream flows down cascading rock shelves along one side of the property, and a small pond is located on the other side. You will have the farm to yourself.
There is only one RV site on the property and no other residents, except for the deer and occasional turkey, racoon, squirrels, and birds. From your RV and site you will have an unobstructed view over the vineyard of the sunset and western range of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The Vineyard includes Viognier, Merlot, and Chambourcin grapes. Stony Knoll Winery nearby manages the vineyard and uses the grapes in production of their award-winning varietals. There are three wineries within a couple of miles, and 20 more wineries within a 30-minute drive. There are 3 must-see / hike state parks within a 40 minute drive: Pilot Mountain, Hanging Rock, and Stone Mountain. The charming town of Mt. Airy (Mayberry RFD from the Andy Griffith Show) and Elkin are within a 20 minute drive. Eden Oaks Vineyard & Campground was a tobacco farm (antique tobacco barn still on property). The house was built in 1910 and has been updated. We purchased it in 2014 and converted it into a vineyard.
We have RV sites with 50 amp and 30 amp electric hookups and water, and tents sites. For 2023 our rates are $30/night for RV Sites (50 amp or 30 amp electric hookups and water) and $25/night for Tent Sites. Tent sites do not have electricity or water hookups, but water is available at the well. (Due to inflation, 2024 our rates will be $30/night for RV Sites, $25/night for Tent Sites.) We do not have a dump station, but we do have a Port A John
and a list of dump stations nearby.
Campfires are allowed unless we have a state issued burning ban. Campers are responsible for controlling and extinguishing fires. Please be extremely careful during dry or drought conditions.
Conveniently located one mile from Hwy 421 but remote and peaceful with plenty of room to roam on our 22 acres with grapevines, fruit trees, forest, creeks, fields, goats, Beagle and Jackabee (Beagle/Jack Russell) dogs, cows, chickens, ducks and goats. Also, we have wildlife such as birds, squirrels, groundhogs, deer, raccoons, opossums, etc. We are about 15 miles from Wilkesboro and North Wilkesboro (home of the Merle Fest and Apple Festival). Eden Oaks is 18 miles from W. Kerr Scott Dam & Reservoir, 24 miles from Stone Mt. State Park, and 10 miles from Elkin (sponsors of the Wine Festival and Pumpkin Festival).

Our farm is an agritourism/sheep farm that offers seasonal events, educational workshops, a petting zoo, Bed and Breakfast, farm store, and camping area!
We are a working farm during the week but we allow campers to park on weekends or weekdays. The price is the same except the petting zoo and farm store are only open on weekends.
We don't have hookups, so bring a generator if you need it. If you need to fill up your RV water tank, we charge $10. Each of the 3 sites has a fire ring and picnic table.
A Grill Pavilion is available to rent for $20 extra. See photos. Propane, grill, table and party lights included.
We allow check-ins during the week after 12 noon, perfect for folks passing through and just need a safe and quiet place to park for the night and not interested in visiting the farm store, the barnyard or the rest of the farm, which are closed during week.
If you are looking for interaction with the animals, or need supplies from the farm store, we open from 10-4 weekends only. You can purchase feed for the animals for $1/bag then. We have sheep, donkeys, chickens, ducks, rabbits, turkeys, guinea pigs and geese!
While we are dog-friendly, we do not allow dogs closer to the petting zoo area. We offer a 1+ acre fenced in area next to the camping sites where you can allow your dogs off-leash. No extra charge.
Our camping area is a large grassy field that will accommodate multiple tent campers, travel trailers, and RVs under 30' with room to turn around, stake your area, and not feel crowded.
There is also 1 regularly maintained porta potty located in this area.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Turn into the driveway and up towards the house. You will enter the camping area through the open double gates on your left. We no longer use the red gate on your right as a camping area.

Eden Oaks Vineyard & Campground was a tobacco farm (antique tobacco barn still on property). The house was built in 1910 and has been updated. We purchased it in 2014 and converted it into a vineyard.
We have RV sites with 50 amp and 30 amp electric hookups and water, and tents sites. For 2023 our rates are $30/night for RV Sites (50 amp or 30 amp electric hookups and water) and $25/night for Tent Sites. Conveniently located one mile from Hwy 421 but remote and peaceful with plenty of room to roam on our 22 acres with grapevines, fruit trees, forest, creeks, fields, goats, Beagle and Jackabee (Beagle/Jack Russell) dogs, cows, chickens, ducks and goats. Also, we have wildlife such as birds, squirrels, groundhogs, deer, raccoons, opossums, etc. We are about 15 miles from Wilkesboro and North Wilkesboro (home of the Merle Fest and Apple Festival). What a wonderful stay at Christine’s treehouse! She has truly thought of everything to make this the perfectly cozy and relaxing stay. It has everything you need. The place is beautifully decorated and I felt like I was in a cozy artist’s studio. Even though the nights during our stay were cold, we were very warm and comfortable inside the treehouse with the heaters doing a great job. The views of the river from the treehouse is gorgeous and being able to open both garage doors to let the fresh air in really merged the outside freshness with the indoor relaxation. Christine’s property is also super cool! She has miles of hiking trails available and has stand up paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes available to use! There were even doggie life jackets! The treehouse is also only 45 minutes from Winston-Salem and the perfect weekend getaway. This is a stay we’d absolutely love to do again! (Also, make sure to follow the directions and NOT plug the treehouse address into Google Maps because that may lead you somewhere quite different).

Our hosts were fantastic and supplied every possible convenience for us. As mentioned before, Jack the donkey is very friendly, and the stars at night are fantastic. The cabin is facing the rising sun, so be prepared for a lovely sunrise as well. :). We were looking for a "Little House on the Prairie" experience and this cabin didn't disappoint . The downtown is cute and the museum has hands-on things for kiddos. My kids are already asking to come back!

Was lucky enough to find this spot last minute while we were traveling home. We booked on very short notice but the owners were really helpful and we had a great one night stay.
