Eden Oaks Vineyard & Campground was a tobacco farm (antique tobacco barn still on property). The house was built in 1910 and has been updated. We purchased it in 2014 and converted it into a vineyard.
We have RV sites with 50 amp and 30 amp electric hookups and water, and tents sites. For 2023 our rates are $30/night for RV Sites (50 amp or 30 amp electric hookups and water) and $25/night for Tent Sites. Tent sites do not have electricity or water hookups, but water is available at the well. (Due to inflation, 2024 our rates will be $30/night for RV Sites, $25/night for Tent Sites.) We do not have a dump station, but we do have a Port A John
and a list of dump stations nearby.
Campfires are allowed unless we have a state issued burning ban. Campers are responsible for controlling and extinguishing fires. Please be extremely careful during dry or drought conditions.
Conveniently located one mile from Hwy 421 but remote and peaceful with plenty of room to roam on our 22 acres with grapevines, fruit trees, forest, creeks, fields, goats, Beagle and Jackabee (Beagle/Jack Russell) dogs, cows, chickens, ducks and goats. Also, we have wildlife such as birds, squirrels, groundhogs, deer, raccoons, opossums, etc. We are about 15 miles from Wilkesboro and North Wilkesboro (home of the Merle Fest and Apple Festival). Eden Oaks is 18 miles from W. Kerr Scott Dam & Reservoir, 24 miles from Stone Mt. State Park, and 10 miles from Elkin (sponsors of the Wine Festival and Pumpkin Festival).
Eden Oaks is in the heart of the Yadkin Valley and Swan Creek AVAs
(American Viticultural Area).
We're next door (3 miles) to Raffaldini and Piccione Vineyards.

Shaded and semiprivate in woods with creek on property. Located on a working vineyard in the Swan Creek AVA. Primitive camp sites with campfire pits. Water, garbage cans, some sites have electricity available. We offer individual sites of up to 4 people and group sites of up to 12 people. We have 3 RV sites with water and 50 amp electric service, and one with 30 amp and water. We have 4 primitive tent sites with fire pits. 4. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES. Camp must be broken down by 11 AM on departure day. If you stay past time you could be charged for an additional day. Extension possible with pre-approval.

6. Trash must be taken to the Green Bins located at the lower corner of the upper field
7. No washing vehicles
8. PETS must be kept on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets and do NOT leave them in the campground unattended.

We’re also conveniently located in the Western part of our great state, which means we’re just a stone’s throw away from the legendary Pisgah and Cherokee National Forests. In terms of cities, we’re currently only about a 45-minute drive from Asheville or Linville, and a 1-hour drive from Boone and Hickory. Wiseman Ridge is a boutique micro campground for RVs only, first opened in July of 2022. Our property adjoins the Blue Ridge Parkway in Linville Falls NC with easy access off NC 221. We offer 5 full hook up RV sites with views of Hawksbill, Table Rock and Humpback Mountains. Micro means we have only a handful of sites but that is where micro ends. Each site is expansive, with large areas to spread out and enjoy the views or play yard games. Unlike typical RV parks our sites are spread out on the ridge top and offer great views and lots of space.
Our campground offers a unique camping experience for the RV and outdoors enthusiast. All of our RV sites feature views of the surrounding peaks and have full hook ups with, water, septic and 30 or 50 amp power access, high speed wi-fi access at each site as well as a picnic table and in ground fire pits.
Wiseman Ridge provides the peace and quiet of nature at its finest, with easy direct access to the Blue Ridge Parkway by foot or by road. We are just a mile down the parkway from the entrance to the Linville Falls parking lot and picnic area, and 2 miles from Kistler Memorial Highway (Old NC 105) that provides access to the western rim of Linville Gorge and multiple trailheads.
Our campground is for conventional travel trailers and motorhomes only. We do not have bathroom or bathhouse facilities so we cannot allow campers that do not have a self contained bathroom that can hook up to a conventional RV sewer drain and no human waste is allowed in our trash receptacles.

Eden Oaks Vineyard & Campground was a tobacco farm (antique tobacco barn still on property). The house was built in 1910 and has been updated. We purchased it in 2014 and converted it into a vineyard.
We have RV sites with 50 amp and 30 amp electric hookups and water, and tents sites. For 2023 our rates are $30/night for RV Sites (50 amp or 30 amp electric hookups and water) and $25/night for Tent Sites. Tent sites do not have electricity or water hookups, but water is available at the well. (Due to inflation, 2024 our rates will be $30/night for RV Sites, $25/night for Tent Sites.) We do not have a dump station, but we do have a Port A John
and a list of dump stations nearby.
Campfires are allowed unless we have a state issued burning ban. Campers are responsible for controlling and extinguishing fires. Please be extremely careful during dry or drought conditions.
Conveniently located one mile from Hwy 421 but remote and peaceful with plenty of room to roam on our 22 acres with grapevines, fruit trees, forest, creeks, fields, goats, Beagle and Jackabee (Beagle/Jack Russell) dogs, cows, chickens, ducks and goats. Also, we have wildlife such as birds, squirrels, groundhogs, deer, raccoons, opossums, etc. We are about 15 miles from Wilkesboro and North Wilkesboro (home of the Merle Fest and Apple Festival). Eden Oaks is 18 miles from W. Kerr Scott Dam & Reservoir, 24 miles from Stone Mt. State Park, and 10 miles from Elkin (sponsors of the Wine Festival and Pumpkin Festival).

Wiseman Ridge is a boutique micro campground for RVs only, first opened in July of 2022. Our property adjoins the Blue Ridge Parkway in Linville Falls NC with easy access off NC 221. We offer 5 full hook up RV sites with views of Hawksbill, Table Rock and Humpback Mountains. Micro means we have only a handful of sites but that is where micro ends. Each site is expansive, with large areas to spread out and enjoy the views or play yard games. Unlike typical RV parks our sites are spread out on the ridge top and offer great views and lots of space.
Our campground offers a unique camping experience for the RV and outdoors enthusiast. All of our RV sites feature views of the surrounding peaks and have full hook ups with, water, septic and 30 or 50 amp power access, high speed wi-fi access at each site as well as a picnic table and in ground fire pits.
Wiseman Ridge provides the peace and quiet of nature at its finest, with easy direct access to the Blue Ridge Parkway by foot or by road. We are just a mile down the parkway from the entrance to the Linville Falls parking lot and picnic area, and 2 miles from Kistler Memorial Highway (Old NC 105) that provides access to the western rim of Linville Gorge and multiple trailheads.
Our campground is for conventional travel trailers and motorhomes only. We do not have bathroom or bathhouse facilities so we cannot allow campers that do not have a self contained bathroom that can hook up to a conventional RV sewer drain and no human waste is allowed in our trash receptacles.

The Barlow RV is a boutique RV park located in the Western North Carolina mountains. Located near the quaint town of Banner Elk and the ski towns of Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain, North Carolina. The Barlow is situated at an elevation of 3600 ft. with private walking trails up to 4000 ft. with views overlooking Beech Mountain and Hump Mountain.
We are a small but mighty RV park excited to bring you modern hospitality to your outdoor RV experience. Each site was uniquely designed with the lay of the land and unobstructed views of the mountain valley. We offer 8 spacious sites with full hookups and well appointed amenities. Each site offers plenty of privacy, great mountain valley views and areas to spread out and relax.
We treat our furry babies like our children and wanted our park to reflect their needs too. We have 35 acres to explore on leash.
Cooking outside and enjoying your home away from home "outside" your RV was a high priority to us. Grilling in the privacy of your patio area or gathering with a fire pit and seating to hang out under the stars.
For those looking for some outdoor fun, relax under the trees in our "hammock village" which offers a variety of outdoor lounging.
We will be adding more sites and amenities as we grow, such as, an outdoor pickleball court. We want to make sure the needs of our guests and their stay at "The Barlow" is a memorable one.

Chad’s place was really nice. It's close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Smokes. The land was clean and well taken care of. The campground neighbors we're respectful. Some people do sit out in pasture with the headlights on , so have something to black out your windows to sleep.
The only improvement would be to fix the sink and have a nice area to brush my teeth. I did like the porter potty and so glad I had it.
I can't wait to come back and this place feels like home

Our stay at Little River was our first with Hipcamp and won't be our last. Jann and Bill could not have been better hosts. The campsite was just as described and the gazebo was the perfect touch and well used. We enjoyed the town of Brevard which is close by. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a great time at Alison’s campground & zoo. Our site was right next to lamas and capybaras are little walk away. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The zoo has lots of animals. Such a wonderful place for any family.

Lovely campsite! The amenities are very thoughtful; there was a hammock, citronella candles (and a lighter!), a picnic table, solar lights, a campfire ready to burn, and a camping bathroom set up. The location was peaceful and private behind the horse pasture. Mandy was very communicative, and the instructions on how to get to the site were clear and helpful. I loved waking up to see the horses grazing. Would definitely stay again--I'll have to come back and meet the animals!

Nice campground, and accommodating host. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and the shower was nice and hot. Had a barred owl fly right into our camp which was cool. Didn’t get a chance to kayak or anything, but I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing! Had everything we needed and nothing we didnt for some simple primitive camping in a cabin. Fair warning my lil Toyota Corolla did have trouble going up the gravel driveway (entirely my fault, just realized after getting home my tires are almost bald and have no tread/traction) but Darin & Beth were incredibly helpful and were kind enough to assist us and was still able to make it to the cabin 😊 cannot state enough how magical this place is, it was so quiet and peaceful. Thanks Darin & Beth for your kindness and awesome hospitality, cannot wait to go back! 🫶🏼🏕️🔥

Weekend Trip to Marshall Creek Farm
Darin and Beth didn’t miss a thing planning this hilltop cabin. The gravel driveway is steep but we had no issue climbing up to the site in a Ford Transit 250 2wd loaded heavy. Our height clearance is 9’9”. All we can say is it was a super well thought out layout and includes just enough to simply pull up and start camping in minutes. Lots of extras to discover as well. Our dog loved it. We camped at end of March so trees were still bare and the night sky was visible.

Park was awesome! Excellent hookups, internet, bathrooms and laundromat. Fun playground for kids with bounce house planned for future. Walking trails around the two lakes were great for dog walking, or biking. People were fishing, kayaking and swimming. Pool wasn’t open but they have a sand area on lake that is awesome. Only thing they need are trees for some shade.

We had a great time camping on this property, which is very close to Hanging Rock. Darin and Beth were communicative and very helpful in the time leading up to our stay. The pasture is large and open and quiet, with a fire pit and water spigot and a nearby creek to listen to at night. Even better, we were lucky to have a clear sky for stargazing. Amenities like gas, ice, and groceries are around 15-20 minutes away.

Mandy's place is very comfortable - she has put a lot of thought into providing more than essentials - table, lights, hammock, and more. The campsite is flat, with trees. The directions were clear and Mandy was very responsive. All in all, we would stay here again and recommend it highly.

What a wonderful first trip in our trailer. We were greeted by a kind gentleman (sorry we didn't catch your name because our dog was barking). He helped my husband back into our spot, which was super helpful. He pointed out that he put a stack of firewood at the fire pit for us. Then Sarah came over and gave us a little history of the property, including the cool tobacco storage building that was at our site. We also walked over to say hi to the sweet cows and donkey who saw us from across the yard and ran over to greet us. It was super quiet at night, so we got a restful few nights of sleep. The site is within 4 miles of some beautiful NC vineyards, and 20 minutes from a sweet hike at Carter falls. We will be back!

High Country & the Blue Ridge Parkway
The Blue Ridge Parkway passes overlooks, waterfalls, and campgrounds in the rugged High Country of western North Carolina as it swoops south from Virginia. Mount Mitchell State Park, Linville Gorge, and Grandfather Mountain are Instagram-pretty while hiking and mountain biking trails beg to be explored.
Great Smoky Mountains National Park & Cherokee
Stories about Cherokee leaders and 19th-century mountain families add historic context to the mountain-and-forest views in the deep-green Smokies. Feeling social? Hit the welcoming Nantahala Outdoor Center for all-sorts of wild adventures, from rafting to ziplining. The Appalachian Trail runs along the North Carolina and Tennessee border in the national park then veers south through Nantahala National Forest.
Asheville & the Foothills
An easy detour from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Asheville is a mountain town that’s going places. North Carolina Coast
