Very private, yet very central to everything. Our campground friends were jealous of our spot compared to their noisy, packed, and cramped situation.
Power was stable, water was good - but make sure you’ve got your extra hose or extra length power cord bc they’re not next to each other. Wasn’t an issue for us with 50’ of each.
For starlink users, we were able to run our 120’ starlink cord across the road to a better clearing. We achieved enough obstruction-free sky to stream decently with 50-60mbps.
Our only “negative” was…We have a 34’ tow trailer and we had trouble finding a spot with less than 14” of difference front to back. So our nose was on the ground and our rear was high up in the air - so bring your blocks.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amber and Brian's spot. Being able to sit around a campfire was a huge highlight for us ... camping just doesn't feel complete without one! The location was perfect for the areas we visited and we loved being surrounded by nature.
We only wish we had more time to enjoy the fishing pond and hiking trails. Everything was easy, peaceful, and just what we were looking for. We'd absolutely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

My dogs and I loved it here, enough hiking to tire out my puppy, but enough flatter land for my old dog to enjoy 🥰🥰. It is remote and so peaceful

It is a simple roadside camp. It is quiet and there is hookups. The road is fairly quiet but you are just on the side of dirt road, so it is not very private. We have window covers, but without them I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here.

What a beautiful property. The pull through campsite was secluded and ample. I was camping solo with my dog and I felt very safe. We really enjoyed walking the property and hiking the trails. Everything was blooming and it was absolutely gorgeous.

Beautiful spot in the woods 30/50 amp and water hookups (no septic). Pull through (we have a 31’ class A with toad and navigated the space no problem). Fire pit. Minutes from Cherokee downtown, but not really bikeable along the highway. The sun sets behind the camper and rises on the front window.
The site is not very level so pick the most level spot and bring your blocks!
We loved the privacy and the access to Cherokee, the Smokies, Sylva and Waynesville. We’ll be back!

Hiking trails were pretty. It was very private, and quiet. Our dog could run in an area very close to where we camped (off leash) It is close to Cherokee reservation and the Oconaluftee river, village, Tuckaseegee River, for rafting and gambling, (if you like to do that). WE had a peaceful, quiet time.

We had a great 3 day stay at this Hipcamp. The pull though space is huge, and can accommodate any size rig, with toad. We enjoyed exploring the nearby area, Cherokee, Bryson City, etc.

Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for privacy and shade. We enjoy being more secluded and this was a perfect spot for just that. Hosts were very responsive as well

We had a great time here. It was quite and secluded. There are 3 cabins on the property, but they're spread out enough to where you're not right up next to each other. They have plenty of walking trails on the property, as well as a private pond with a canoe and fish. My little boy caught his first fish here.

Quiet place, easy to pull through even while towing. Owners are responsive and helpful. Our only complaint was that it looks level but our auto-levelers said it was too unlevel to but our back jacks down. We tried turning around and various places within the gravel area and still couldn't use auto-jacks. This was a great location to get to Gatlinburg and into the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.

Great spot for Smokey Mountain and Cherokee! We love hiking waterfalls making Smokey mountain a must stop for us. This place was perfect! If you want easier hikes, this spot is 30 mins from Mingo falls, the 3 falls loop for the Smokey’s and don’t forget Soco Falls as well! As a word of warning, you do need a pass in the Smokey’s to park - there is a kiosk at the 3 falls loop.
Site was great! Quiet, full hookups, responsive hosts. If staying in the NC side of the Smokey’s we will absolutely stay here again!!

Awesome spot back up in a holler. Nice wide hiking trails and beautiful views on this property. The site is on a slight grade so you’ll need to run your tongue jack all the way out to level it up. All in all we loved it. $73 for two nights

We thoroughly enjoyed our girls trip!!! We parked three tents and a canopy along with our three vehicles. Make sure to bring a good tape for your tent bottom as the driveway is a bit rocky. The electric and water was fantastic and a first for us for any Hipcamp spot we’ve been to. Super close to the casino so you can lose all your money. Haha!
We saw a momma her teenager right across from us one day. We felt safe and secluded even though there is a house nearby. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. There is a dump just a mile away. Easy in and out for you to take your trash.
We will 100% stay here again.
Side note: Do yourself favor and go to Saunooke’s Mill and grab some of their yellow grits. I stocked up as I always do when coming this way.

Amber & Brian’s Pull through site was exactly what we needed for the week we spent at the Convention in Cherokee. Leveling our trailer was a bit of a challenge, so bring blocks. The site was easy to navigate. Electric and water were conveniently located. The site was shady and quiet. Thank you!

Nice, private spot in the trees. Very convenient to Smoky Mountains and lots more. It’s on the south side so away from all of the Gatlinburg traffic.
Bring lots of boards, etc. for leveling. The site slopes down.
