The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided.In the stylish living room, guests will find a cozy wood-burning stove, a television, a sectional sofa, and a coffee table. The dining table is settled in a separate area, with glass sliding doors and eclectic seating. The fully-equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a stove, a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and heating.Outside, there is a massive deck with stunning forest views, along with a large outdoor heated pool and outdoor sauna. This is a great place to gather in a small group and take in the Catskills. 10 min to downtown Livingston Manor + close to lots of amazing hikes! One of my favorite hikes is right down the road and the house is close to Giant Ledge / Panther for a little more exercise. :) You can have a lovely time on the property exploring the meadows and woods. There's even a natural spring 1/2 mile up the road if you want to take some fresh mountain water on your journey. We love enjoying meals on the deck! We're @livingston_manor_birdhouse :)

It was then used as a thoroughbred stud farm and now by us as a working equestrian facility.Learn more about this land:2000 square-foot two bedroom one bath clean contemporary loft space on working Hunter Jumper equestrian facility. We are located in bucolic Dutchess County which is 90 miles due north of New York City. There are numerous activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Biking, hiking, fishing, skeet, trap, pheasant and duck, hunting are all available in the area. The farm itself is located on one of the most scenic dirt roads in the area. We are very close to a number of prep schools like the Millbrook school, the Hotchkiss school, and the Kent school. Closest major airport is Albany, NY. JFK, La Guardia and Newark airports are 2 hrs. from the farm. We would also be open to guests setting up tents for special occasions but as we are a working horse farm availability may be limited.
