I had a fantastic time at Peter’s Awakening Cabin. It was incredibly peaceful - I enjoyed using the fire pit out front and the wood burning stove inside. Perfect place to read audiobooks, think, and enjoy time in nature.

The little witch cottage is a perfect little getaway. Cute and cozy inside, close to a fun little town and local deer loved to hang out in the yard! We supper appreciated having the kettle and toaster oven for convenience. Rustic yet comfortable!

Weekend Trip to Palsgraf estates
It was lovely staying at Williams cabin. He is a very welcoming and gracious host. Helped us with our campfire and shared so much knowledge and history of the area with us. It was a great overall experience, would definitely recommend!

Weekend Trip to The Awakening Garden
My partner and I were able to spend a really lovely weekend at the Twin Oaks cabin on Peter's campgrounds. We spent most of our time riding around on motorcycle and got in after dark on both nights. The view of the stars just overhead of the cabin was gorgeous. It felt gratifying to build the fire in the woodstove each night, which heat up the little cabin in no time. We got to see more of the thoughtful details in the cabin and even in the outhouse and outdoor shower as we were packing up on our last morning there. We'll be back in the area this time next year and would love to make it a new tradition to come back to theTwin Oaks cabin! Thank you for offering this space!

2 nights at The Little Witch Cottage
Caitlin’s little witch cabin was perfect for our mini getaway. It was our first time in the Catskills and I’m glad we came across her Hipcamp. We basically got to do everything we planned for (hikes, food) because her place was in such a great location! Getting around was very easy and we had great cell service through out the trip. As a beginner ceramicist, I was in awe of her work! She is very talented and creative and has a great eye for decor. The bed was super comfy and we loved the outdoor shower! Thank you for hosting us, Caitlin!

Unfortunately, it rained, but the indoor propane heater kept it warm, and we enjoyed ourselves under the porch. The ground wasn’t muddy, and the autumn leaves in the rain were beautiful.

Hosts were super friendly and all the extras we got (solo stove, firewood, eggs, and gear shuttle) were amazing! The site is really private and quiet. Most of the meadow is at an incline but the top of the site has some mostly flat spots to pitch tents. Just don’t expect it to be super flat. Had a lovely time and definitely would come back!

Excellent host and facilities.
Michael was more than helpful in directing us to our site.
The sites are nicely secluded from each other, providing privacy and quality time in the forest. The outhouses are very clean and fully stocked with teepee, sanitizer, and pads. Michael sells fresh eggs and firewood, perfect for a hardy campfire breakfast.
My wife and I had such a great time enjoying the property's trails and exploring the area villages and creeks. We are certainly considering booking with Michael again when we climb Slide Mt.

We had a great stay at this campsite! The site was exactly as described, clean, secluded, and peaceful. The uphill walk to the site can be a bit of a workout, especially if you're carrying heavy supplies, but it's totally worth it once you're there. Micheal is a fantastic host. he was super helpful and friendly. We were even able to grab some fresh eggs for breakfast. The showers were clean, and the bathrooms were very accessible. Loved the thoughtful touches like toilet paper and feminine supplies being stocked. Would definitely come back!

We absolutely LOVED our short stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The witch cottage is so comfortable and cosy, and so beautifully decorated. The bathroom is outside but super close and really comfortable and easy to use. We were laughing that it's truly more comfortable than the bathroom in our tiny NYC apartment! I highly highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful camping on a wooded parcel, lovingly tended by its caretakers. We arrived late with our kid. Michael was there to greet us and point the way to our campsite about a half mile back into the woods on a well-maintained trail. Carts were available to bring our gear back and the tent was set up for us in advance, which was awesome with the late arrival and young kid. Very quiet, lovely, peaceful. The leaves were beginning to fall and they sounded like rain in the forest.

Beautiful and well maintained property! Michael and Laura are great hosts; if you need recommendations for hikes or shops nearby, they will be there to guide you.
We loved the pond site, is located conveniently close to the parking area and shower, and a shadowy area to hang your hammock.
Definitely thinking on coming back to try the other sites, each one has its own attractiveness.
