Camp was clean and well maintained. Most of the sites aren’t lake side (it seemed to be that way in the pictures for us), though there is access to the water. Folks who run the site are nice, and there is some room to walk the dog around camp. The shower temp was nice, and they are pretty private. Power worked well. Thanks for the stay while we were in the area!

Very private the view is wonderful we saw deer and turkeys. The concrete pad was easy to set up on and power water electric is right there. The concrete pad needs to be resurfaced when it rained it had deep standing puddles. We will be returning for sure as it is a beautiful place to relax and visit Belgrade lakes.

I stayed here for two nights with two other folks and we had a great time! The site is beautiful and quiet. You could hear the wind in the trees and nature all around. It was just the getaway we were looking for! Mikaela was also an excellent host! She was very responsive and took time to answer all my questions to the fullest extent. I would highly recommend this site to anyone passing through or looking to get away for a while and reconnect to nature ❤️

This was the perfect weekend! We had one of the best camping experiences of our lives! We enjoyed the spacious spot and gorgeous views. Fishing and paddle boarding were very fun! The road was not too busy, but the outhouse is a little bit of a walk from the site. Other than that we had no complaints and loved every minute we were there :)

We had a great stay! Booked last minute and it did the trick. We brought our two dogs - the one thing I didn’t expect was to be that close to the road which does have the occasional car as the listing describes. It is not 100% private. The outhouse is super cute! You can tell a lot of thought went into it. Great place to stay to explore the Boothbay area.

I recently stayed at The Ledges at Leeds in my 30-foot RV and had full hook-ups with 50 amp service. Everything worked flawlessly, and the site itself was clean, spacious, and easy to access. The site wasn’t perfectly level, but it was a quick and easy fix with a piece of wood under the tires.
What really stood out was the level of service. Both Chris and Mark were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They were attentive, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome.
I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend The Ledges at Leeds to anyone looking for a well-kept, friendly, and reliable RV camping spot.

Very nice campsite located in a meadow setting on a level concrete pad with full hookups. Very quiet and plenty of room to spread out. The site was nicely kept and hookups were in good order. I would recommend this HipCamp.

Very peaceful, really nice to have the whole place to yourself. Tons of space for the dogs to run around. GPS takes you right to the entrance. Only issue was the breaker kept tripping for the power. Ended up running water heater on gas. No more issues.The breaker is only 20amp and feels very worn out. Will definitely stay again

MIkael, was a welcoming and responsive host. The woods and location are absolutely beautiful and private. The bugs are no joke but if you're use to Maine in July this is no suprise; happy we brought our screenhouse, and picardian to keep the ticks away. I will plan on bringing a solar shower next time, as the pond is beautiful but access was a bit tricky. We will return for sure. I would 100% recommend New Sphere.

Cardinal’s Corner was the perfect getaway! Very secluded and peaceful — just what we were looking for. The open field gave the kids and dogs plenty of space to run and play. We also discovered a great little beach and swimming area about 25 minutes away, which was shallow and ideal for young kids. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quiet, family-friendly camping near Winthrop!

I had a fantastic 3 nights at this site! Privacy is unmatched, you have a giant field to yourself with a concrete pad to set up on and hook up to water, power, sewer. located in a small town with minimal cell service and no wi fi so great for getting away. The fire pit was awesome and easy to cook on. I would give 5 stars if the concrete pad was redone as it is very crumbly and creates puddles when it rains. it would have been nice if there was a mowed path around the edge of the field so you could walk around. we also didn't see a brook that's indicated on the listing.

Cardinal's Corner is very peaceful and oh so quiet. We enjoyed two nights there with our dog off leash. The fireflies coming out at dusk were a new experience for our pup!
Water, power (20 amp), and sewer were all in good shape. GPS takes you right to the grass path opening in the trees. The site is in a corner of a large hayfield that is mowed well on the drive path and generously around the slab. That said it IS a hayfield so ensure your pets have tick protection.
