My partner and I loved tent camping on Keven’s land! It was a relaxing getaway right next to the Kentucky River with animals visiting frequently! If you’re a nature and animal lover I highly recommend visiting Wildcat Creek Farm, Keven is super friendly and helpful, and sets you up with the best possible location for your desired experience.

What an amazing location and beautiful spot. Quiet, private, amongst the Kentucky horses and bluegrass fields. Close to several distilleries and small towns on the Bourbon Trail.

My friends and I tent camped and we all loved the area, All of the animals we interacted with we're very nice. Lexington has a lot of nice restaurants and attractions. Keven is an incredible host and interacted with us a few times, he was very funny and kind. I'd very much recommend this site.

My family loved camping in this laid-back quiet farm. The host Keven was excellent. Great communicator and wonderful company. He showed us around, helped us pick a spot, and even offered to help set up. He had work to do in another location on the farm (flood damage) but checked in us ever so often to make sure we were good. The kids loved the animals that run freely through this beautiful fielded property off the river. We petted horses, min horses, donkeys, and goats. There were chickens and ducks too closer to the outhouse. This farm is located down a road across from the wild turkey distillery. It’s protected by an electric fence that Keven ensures you are familiar with during the first meeting. This was weeks ago and my kids still talk about this camping trip. Thanks, Keven!

I really enjoyed spending time with the mules and donkeys — they were incredibly social and gentle. The peaceful, secluded location was just a stone’s throw from some excellent river fishing, which made it even better. Keven was a fantastic host and went out of his way to help us multiple times. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature.

This is HANDS DOWN one of the best campsites my family and I have ever stayed at! Not only was it a secluded area away from campgrounds and crowds, but the scenery was gorgeous and the interaction with the horses was like none other! The horses were so friendly, even with our two year old roaming the field. Tonya and Sadie greeted us at the site and shared a lot of information about the area and even left us fishing poles and bait to use in the pond! We will 100% be back!

Loved the land it was sandy beach area with amazing view of ky river. Couple of creeks to kayak an one to even hike. My brother and my dad floated down river to the boat ramp an walked back. Owner was friendly and gave you your space even with it being on their land. They have multiple animals which we love. The only thing Is if you have a nice car I would park outside the fence to keep it safe from the Animals. We had amazing time an we definitely plan to go back. Owners were great!

This is a great place to get away and relax. It was easy to find and access, all the sites were clean and had recently been mowed. I was staying here so I could hike in the area and this is close to both the Jefferson Memorial Forest and Bernheim Forest. I hope to come back and explore more of the hiking and wildlife the surrounding area has to offer.

Our 35-acre property offers immediate access to the KY River, and is within 5 minutes of an extremely quaint downtown area, should you decide to go to town for a meal. Plenty of restaurants for your choosing! 7 minutes away is a Walmart should you forget anything. Come and relax in our peaceful surroundings. Learn more about this land: This is a horse ranch so you can sleep in the company of horses or in the woods with them in the distance ( check if available/storm damage).We have rolling hills, beautiful views from the hill tops, valley with creeks and a waterfall when not in dry or draught and an abundance of wildlife. Also we're located 5-10 minutes from mammoth cave park border, hike, bike and horse trails, river, lake, blue holler atv park and so much more. If you are sensitive to animal noises you may bring earplugs. There isn't a bathroom/ shower house yet so we ask that you bring a port-a-pot of some sort. We're constantly making upgrades to the Ranch so we hope you enjoy your stay. Please refrain from feeding the horses or dogs because it creates a bad habit and folks that don't know how sensitive a horses gut is can possibly kill them. Respect privacy of others and pack out all that you pack in. Shut any gates you come through.please understand that my horses are of all ages and that includes young ones and babies and seniors as well. The young ones like to be nosey and are still learning what they are allowed to do and what not to do. They are naturally curious and love attention. If they think you have snacks , they can act like a pack of kindergarteners with the promise of cupcakes...we don't want that but because some campers think they are the exception and gave them snacks, it is something we have to monitor more closely. Remember they are animals and they will get into anything if it's left unattended. Please be a responsible camper and ensure we all stay safe and enjoy the experience.We have a section for folks to park in if they do not want to be so close to the horses as well. If you don't like horses or dogs please consider alternative camp site. Limited pet allowance...check before booking please. Also, we've had issues with the site and it offering horse time, ride, Q&A etc. for 5$. We've taken steps to fix this. But if you would like something like that it would be through the Ranch directly and as our time allows. Thank you for taking the time to read everything as well.

We also have a firepit with wood available for you to use if not too dry. We do have electric/water/dump hookup available for one RV at a time if you need that.
