Perfect for folks travelling to/from the Florida Keys or anyone needing a beach break on the East Coast of Central Florida. Our property, though small, is a heavily wooded, botanical dream totally geared for outdoor enjoyment & living. You will find a fenced communal pool area, outdoor shower, bathroom, 2 covered porch areas, including outdoor kitchen space, minifridge, gas grill w/side burner, TV, Wi-Fi and hammock(s). This is shared space although we will always ensure your privacy and will do our best to stay out of your personal space throughout your stay. We are 420 friendly and don't mind well behaved pets as long as you assume all responsibility, are careful with them and clean up after yourselves. Quiet time 10pm-8am. The property is geared more toward adults as many of our plants are poisonous, sharp or have dangerous spines, especially if wandering off the main paths and walkways. Safety is a priority; because of this, we ask that you do not touch our plants and stay on the main paths and walkways when enjoying the property. The RV parking site has a 50 amp (30 amp adapter) RV power hook-up. There is also a 15-amp outlet (120V) at the site you can use as well. There is potable/city water hook-up, but no blackwater sewer services or blackwater dumping on the property. Your site has a dedicated shaded sitting area surrounded by bamboo and palm trees for your personal use secluded in the front yard. We're in a safe, residential neighborhood in a wonderful, unincorporated, beachside community, less than a mile to Walmart, Aldi, Walgreens, countless restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and the Indian River Lagoon. Our ocean access boardwalk does not offer public restrooms, parking or lifeguards, but there are several parks nearby that do. We are happy to share our bikes and help you locate any services we're unable to provide. Would love the opportunity to host you. Thank you for looking. Feel free to contact us for additional info.

The best luxury RV camping near Vero Beach guide

Where to go

John D. MacArthur Beach State Park

A short drive south from Vero Beach, John D. MacArthur Beach is one of the most popular waterfronts in the area. Best known as the nesting ground for hundreds of leatherback and green sea turtles each summer, this beach is also a destination for hiking and cycling on the nearby nature trails and viewing subtropical flora and fauna. Facing the mainland, the waters are calm and ideal for kayaking, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, and even scuba diving. The park houses a few campsites, many offering views of Lake Worth Lagoon.

J.W. Corbett Wildlife Management Area

Spanning 60,000 acres of cypress swamps, pine flatwoods, and tropical hardwood hammocks, J.W. Corbett WMA is a subtropical treasure trove for hiking, hunting, fishing, and camping. This region is teeming with wildlife, including white-tailed deer, turkeys, and feral hogs (which attract hunters), as well as bobcats, racoons, otters, and a few rare and endangered species of birds. The park sits near Lake Okeechobee, where Hipcampers can find lakeside glamping accommodations.

Kissimmee Prairie Preserve State Park

To the west of Vero Beach is Kissimmee Prairie, a state park covering 54,000 acres of expansive prairies and dry grasslands. An essential part of the Everglades headwaters, this striking biome formed from a long-running cycle of flooding and wildfires. Today, it’s a unique ecosystem of dry prairies perfect for birdwatching, hiking, and cycling. Kissimmee Prairie is also known for its spectacular stargazing far from city light pollution. Check into a farmland campground or stay the night at a nearby RV park, then enjoy an unbelievable view of the Milky Way with no need for binoculars or a telescope.

When to go

As a subtropical region, Vero Beach’s temperatures are agreeable year-round. Hot, humid summer days reach into the 90s, and winter days dip only as low as 50°F in the coldest months. Summer is the rainiest time of year in Vero Beach, so campers should bring adequate rain protection when camping in the area between May and September.
