If you are in a mood for a horseback, we can share a contact of a lady that bring them to our property, must be arranged prior to visit. Talking about outside the ranch, you can see our neighbors with orange farms, dragon fruit plantations, passion fruit plantations, bamboo plantations, ostrich farm, chicken farm. The town of LaBelle offers a lot to do and you must visit some places like LaBelle Nature Park, and Barron Park, we love to go there afternoons after grabbing a pizza. Talking restaurants, we can recommend our favorites, like a Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, a Brewing co, and a delicious Pelican's SnoBall shaved-ice snow cones that we are addicts of it! We are located 30 minutes from town, no stores or gas stations close by. Please come fully equipped with your own utensils, cooking essentials, food and beverages. We're also within 50 miles away of Estero Beach and 44 miles of Fort Myer. Bring sunscreen and a hat, we are in Florida and it is always super hot over here during the day. Don’t forget the bug repellent and a sweater, sometime the temperature drop during night. You may want a flashlight or headlamp for walking around at night. Bring your dogs, they will have a blast! This is not a place for glampers, people afraid of nature, or people that cannot deal with bugs or extreme temperatures!!! During certain times of the year and certain times of the day, there are a million bugs! We stay inside during these times. We are 25 minutes from Okeechobee City, the bass fishing capital of the world, 45 minutes to Fort Pierce, & 35 miles from Sebring International Raceway. The Kissimmee Prairie State Park is very close by. The prairie is the darkest part of Florida. Astronomers, bring your telescopes and cameras to capture the night. You will possibly see cows, bobcats, wild turkeys, wild pigs, armadillos, birds, or the neighbors dogs might show up. Don’t worry, they are quite friendly. We have a 50 amp RV Hookup with NO septic and plenty of space for primitive camping. Bring your horse, but there is no paddock or barn. The storage building on the premises is not part of the rental, please leave it alone. There is electricity and non-potable water. The water is safe for teeth brushing, washing dishes, and showering, but it does have a very strong smell of sulfur. There is an outhouse. Please use it sparingly & only flush toilet paper provided. There is an outside sink, an outside shower with no privacy, a picnic table and a fire pit. If you come with your RV, please use your RV toilet. There will be a major fine for any septic dumping. 1/3 of the land is cleared and 2/3 is full of mature oak trees and trails. It is fenced with barbed wire fencing. Please keep your food trash in your cars & take it with you. You do not want to attract predators. You can recycle, or throw away any trash that is not related to food in the garbage can. Keep an eye on your small dogs. There are also snakes and predatory birds. It is hard with words to describe the beauty of this property, so please check out the pictures. Happy Camping!

We are located 30 minutes from town, no stores or gas stations close by. Please come fully equipped with your own utensils, cooking essentials, food and beverages. We're also within 50 miles away of Estero Beach and 44 miles of Fort Myer. Bring sunscreen and a hat, we are in Florida and it is always super hot over here during the day. Don’t forget the bug repellent and a sweater, sometime the temperature drop during night. You may want a flashlight or headlamp for walking around at night. Welcome to Valhalla Prairie Farms, a 10-acre oasis located on the prairie in Okeechobee, FL. This is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. It is full of the most beautiful views of the stars and provides peace and quiet, You will be left alone to write that book, let your children run free, meditate, or just relax. Bring your dogs, they will have a blast! This is not a place for glampers, people afraid of nature, or people that cannot deal with bugs or extreme temperatures!!! During certain times of the year and certain times of the day, there are a million bugs! We stay inside during these times. We are 25 minutes from Okeechobee City, the bass fishing capital of the world, 45 minutes to Fort Pierce, & 35 miles from Sebring International Raceway. The Kissimmee Prairie State Park is very close by. The prairie is the darkest part of Florida. Astronomers, bring your telescopes and cameras to capture the night. You will possibly see cows, bobcats, wild turkeys, wild pigs, armadillos, birds, or the neighbors dogs might show up. Don’t worry, they are quite friendly. We have a 50 amp RV Hookup with NO septic and plenty of space for primitive camping. Bring your horse, but there is no paddock or barn. The storage building on the premises is not part of the rental, please leave it alone. There is electricity and non-potable water. The water is safe for teeth brushing, washing dishes, and showering, but it does have a very strong smell of sulfur. There is an outhouse. Please use it sparingly & only flush toilet paper provided. There is an outside sink, an outside shower with no privacy, a picnic table and a fire pit. If you come with your RV, please use your RV toilet. There will be a major fine for any septic dumping. 1/3 of the land is cleared and 2/3 is full of mature oak trees and trails. It is fenced with barbed wire fencing. Please keep your food trash in your cars & take it with you. You do not want to attract predators. You can recycle, or throw away any trash that is not related to food in the garbage can. Keep an eye on your small dogs. There are also snakes and predatory birds. It is hard with words to describe the beauty of this property, so please check out the pictures. Happy Camping!

The campground sits right on a beautiful freshwater creek, and the peaceful setting made it easy to relax and enjoy nature. My group of four people and three dogs went tent camping for 4 days over thanksgiving break. We including the dogs had an amazing time! We got to rent canoes and go up and down the river. We found so many shark teeth and after we rented the 4wheelers got to ride all the trails around the camp. April and Kendal were very responsive and kind they helped with anything we needed. The camp farm animals and dogs were a great addition we adored them the outdoor kitchen and very hot showers were amazing too it was an all around great trip!!!

John's property is very nice. We had a great time with our family. The facilities were comfortable though we didn't take showers. We were able to get firewood from John each night for our fire. Our kids had a great time with the short hike to see a camel, Highland cattle and an alpaca that live on a neighbor's farm.

A beautiful wide-open glade with a serene pond nearby made this spot absolutely perfect. We enjoyed a small fire right by our tent and camped beneath gorgeous trees that offered welcome shade as the day warmed up. The outdoor kitchen was great for cooking, and the firepit added to the classic camping experience. With virtually no light pollution, the night sky was incredible, stars everywhere. Trina, the host, couldn't have been kinder and even shared some fascinating history about the land. It's and ideal place to unwind and immerse yourself in nature while still being conveniently close to groceries and other essentials. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be returning.
