Great spot! Beautiful pond with lots of frogs and lily pads. Nice secluded area yet not too far off the beaten path. Erica was lovely and her son came and helped me move some cinderblocks to set up a fire pit!

Plenty of open space and trails to walk the dogs. I have a 42’ motorhome that had no problem accessing or setting up. The sites are level and the hosts are phenomenal!

The site is easy to find and settle into. Fire pit and picnic table are a nice addition. Quite area. We adventured to Highlands Hammock State Park. That is a must visit. If you are a biker bring your own the rentals at State Park are not that great. Not far to town but far enough to feel secluded.

We took four kids and a dog to Swart Estate and had an excellent time. The property has something for everyone, plenty of space, and just the right amount of facilities. Picnic table, grill, fire pits, sink, and a bath-house made a large group gathering comfortable. David as a host runs his place like a bed and breakfast experience... but without the bed, and without the breakfast.

1 night at Swart Estate

Our family had a great time tent camping at Swart Estate! David is star host and made us feel right at home. We picked from multiple potential camp sites on the property, and set up camp in the shade of the tree hammock. We utilized the shooting range and the archery range. We made friends with the goats and cats, and grilled out and ate in the fenced in bar area to avoid the nighttime mosquitos. The property is meticulosly maintained. And even though you feel like youre ourlt in the middle of no where, we had 5g cell signal at our camp site. 10/10 recommend, and we will be back very soon!
