There is an additional $20.00 fee to register new guests and receive their own permanent front gate code pass through the main office. There are double hookups on each side of this exra large cobblestone lot including an airconditioned shed. with water, a hide a bed and office, There are 2 key fobs avaible for access to the pool and recreation room where there is Billiards, Table tennis, Bathrooms and weightroom and cable TV. Our "Corkscrew Woodlands", Estero Resort is located at 10736 Roseate Spoonbill Circle, Estero, FL 33928 ( below Ft Myers, above Bonita Springs) 5 minutes from Miramar Outlet stores, very near Lowes Hardware, 2 x Publix supermarkets and many other new restaurants, Culvers, 15 minutes from Ft Myers Airport and 35 minutes from 5th Ave. Naples, FL. There is a $50.00 registration fee for the front office to approve tenants into the Resort and it is a 55+ plus community where at least 1 of the adult tenants has to be 55+ years of age. There are full hookups, 50 amp electric, water and sewer. All of the amenities and activities are availble and included.

5 J’s Camp is completely private 2.5 acres that backs the Ocala National Forest in Umatilla . This our family getaway, we are a family of 5 and we all have names that start the letter J. There are endless places to put a tent including by the lake, or completely private areas, or by the common areas to be close to a bathroom and kitchen and pavilion, water and electric. The amenities include a pavilion with an outside kitchen, dinning and living area. There is also a ( large shed converted to a ) cook shack with a full size fridge, microwave, electric burners and a toaster oven. There is also a bathroom with a full-size shower/tub, hot water and a toilet. It comes with all of the basics to be comfortable while you camp. Also, you have a good chance of being alone. we usually only book 1 party at a time, Just message me to confirm. The property has enough lighting to completely light up the common area. There is also water and electric all over the property. There is a shooting range right outside of the property that is part of the forest. There is Blue Sink several miles away, it is a spring feed swimming hole that is deep enough for SCUBA. There is horse trails and OHV trails as well. This camp was a hunting camp and still has an huge animal cleaning station on the back side of the property, with water, drainage, power, lighting and all stainless steel sinks and counters. Come to play and explore or come to relax. Our camp is always (slowly)being Improved, you might see work in progress so be aware there may be a consolidated area that looks messy. This is a camp, everything gets dusty, and there are bugs. We keep the yard kept up and do what we can to limit bugs in the common area. I recommend a 4x4 although I don’t own one my self. The roads are usually decent, but the weather has a lot to do with roads in the forest.

Black horse ranch was my first time using Hipcamp and if all places are as amazing as this I will be using them all the time. Danielle and her workers were friendly and amazing. The property was huge and clean. There was so much offered. A communal Kitchen, game room, suoer nice bath house and laundry house. A POOL!! Horse stables and trails. The campsites seemed great I was in 7 right next to the bathhouse since I was in a camper van which was great for me. I also met several other people who stay there during the winter with their horses and they were so friendly. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Black horse ranch. If you are in the area or can make a trip that way please do!

I loved the pool and Kitchen. The washrooms were clean and the laundry a reasonable price. I really enjoyed my stay I highly recommen. The activities room really cute with games and TV. I will come back.

Weekend Trip to 5 J’s Camp

This campsite had all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. The location itself is beautiful and the hosts were some of the nicest people you can meet. Checked up on our group a few times to see if there was anything else they can do to ensure we had a pleasant time. The campsite itself is very generous with its space and the hut provided sufficient light that helped set up the tent at night when we got to the site. Lots of outlets and a decent sized fridge that we kept our food in to not attract animals. Shower is nothing to write home about, but it worked and the warm water felt nice after a long day of hiking around. The hosts provided us with lots of appliances that we were able to use to help heat up our coffee and food. Had a very nice couch area that we stayed around during the day. The firepit is pretty big and the hosts were gracious enough to leave us some wood ready for us to use when creating a fire. Overall 10/10 expierence, and will be returning sometime soon.

What a nice experience. I booked this campground to be close to family. I saw other reviews and expected it to provide for my basic needs of a full hook up site, but I got so much more. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Getting to see horses everyday was a delight. You won't have a paved site, but things are well maintained. Having a campsite rug is helpful.

We had a beautiful spot overlooking the Indian River and directly across from Kennedy Space Center. We got to see a satellite launch and we’re visited by dolphins while enjoying our coffee on the dock. David was very accommodating without being intrusive and provided access to an indoor bathroom with hot shower. This site was a little hard to locate so get there before dark. Individual sites were not really marked but wasn’t a problem as we were the only ones there

Everything here is great. We saw dolphins from the dock within minutes of arriving. Dave is really nice as well. The campsites are in a grassy area out back and kind of close together, but not any different than you'd find at any other hipcamp where 5+ sites are available. We had room for the car and tent and kitchen area no problem. All of the water areas are open and free of sites which means everyone can enjoy the space for communal areas. There are multiple chairs by the water and on the dock. The area is really quiet with tons of stores nearby. We also saw 2 rocket launches this week. The launch pad is directly across the water about 5-8 miles away and you can see the launch from the dock. It was nice not to have to go anywhere else for that! Wifi and hot showers were a plus as well.

Nice, quiet location. Initially looked quite deserted, but restroom, water, electricity, wifi are all in a neighbouring house. Favorable location for visiting Kennedy Space Center. And if you are lucky (we were) you may see a rocket launch.

This is a large property with plenty of open space to set up camp. I was one of the only tent campers; other folks had RVs and trailers. There are several long-term residents. Kathleen is super-friendly and helpful! Horses, goats and cows share the land. Very safe and private.

We do have wifi on the property, and we also offer golf cart rentals. If you have horses, you'll love coming to Black Horse. There is world class fishing nearby at the St. John's River and we are right near many beautiful springs - which, if you have never spent time in a natural spring you will absolutely want to check that out! Kayaking, tubing, swimming galore in crystal clear waters. We are a 20 minute drive from the Villages which offers shopping, dining, and activities, as well as 20 minutes to historic Mount Dora which is a beautiful artsy downtown village. We are 1 hour from Daytona & New Smyrna, 1 hour from Orlando (Disney anyone?). There is plenty to do on the ranch and nearby the ranch. You will have a blast. We'll see you by the campfire!
