Bring your dogs, they will have a blast! This is not a place for glampers, people afraid of nature, or people that cannot deal with bugs or extreme temperatures!!! During certain times of the year and certain times of the day, there are a million bugs! We stay inside during these times. We are 25 minutes from Okeechobee City, the bass fishing capital of the world, 45 minutes to Fort Pierce, & 35 miles from Sebring International Raceway. The Kissimmee Prairie State Park is very close by. The prairie is the darkest part of Florida. Astronomers, bring your telescopes and cameras to capture the night. You will possibly see cows, bobcats, wild turkeys, wild pigs, armadillos, birds, or the neighbors dogs might show up. Don’t worry, they are quite friendly. We have a 50 amp RV Hookup with NO septic and plenty of space for primitive camping. Bring your horse, but there is no paddock or barn. The storage building on the premises is not part of the rental, please leave it alone. There is electricity and non-potable water. The water is safe for teeth brushing, washing dishes, and showering, but it does have a very strong smell of sulfur. There is an outhouse. Please use it sparingly & only flush toilet paper provided. There is an outside sink, an outside shower with no privacy, a picnic table and a fire pit. If you come with your RV, please use your RV toilet. There will be a major fine for any septic dumping. 1/3 of the land is cleared and 2/3 is full of mature oak trees and trails. It is fenced with barbed wire fencing. Please keep your food trash in your cars & take it with you. You do not want to attract predators. You can recycle, or throw away any trash that is not related to food in the garbage can. Keep an eye on your small dogs. There are also snakes and predatory birds. It is hard with words to describe the beauty of this property, so please check out the pictures. Happy Camping!

Groceries, restaurants, and services can be found within 2 miles in the town of Sebastian. The beach is a 10-mile drive, but you can get to the Indian River waterfront at Riverview Park in 2.5 miles. Nearby parks and refuges include Sebastian Inlet State Park, where you can fish or surf, St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park, where there are 60 miles of trails and Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge, home to the first NWR in the US. Vero Beach is about 15 miles South and Melbourne is about 20 miles North.

For RV travelers, we have a 30AMP hookup site with water access located just behind the main house. While this site doesn’t include sewage, you’ll have access to a fully renovated communal bathroom complete with a toilet and bathtub. The sanctuary features unique spaces to inspire creativity, such as: • A peaceful on-site pond with fish. • Open fields for writing, painting, or meditating. • Large canopies for art and music activities. We also provide a selection of rentable musical instruments, including a piano, keyboard, cello, and guitar, to help bring your artistic visions to life. Our sanctuary is proudly 420-friendly and welcomes guests of all backgrounds, lifestyles, and beliefs, whether LGBTQ+ or from any spiritual or religious path. However, we ask that heavier substances or disruptive behaviors be avoided to maintain the peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re here to camp, create, or simply reconnect with nature, we’re thrilled to share this sanctuary with you.
