Weekend Trip to Privacy in Fort Ogden

This was our first time using Hipcamp and we had an amazing experience here. Our host Kevin, was very accommodating and he has a beautiful property. Feeding the animals was the highlight of the weekend for us! We also checked out fisherman’s village in Punta Gorda and it was only a 25 min drive from camp. Lots to do around this campground if you don’t want to stay at camp all day. We will be coming back!

My fiance and I were very grateful to Andrea for sharing her property with us. They had full hook ups which was a huge plus for us since most places don’t have full hook ups in our price range. Spot was easy to back into and pull out of. The neighbors had some animals (goats, ducks etc.) that gave the property a bit more life. The electric quit working a time or two but it wasn’t a huge deal as we were grateful to even have it to begin with and we always got it working again after unplugging and plugging it back in. Not 100% sure if it was on our end or not and of course it could’ve been the solar storm that came across the US at the time. Regardless it was a pleasant stay and not too far away from things either. Thank you again Andrea!

JB Resort is 5 star and two 👍👍. Jamie and Bolton are wonderful hosts with an amazing property they are willing to share. This is a garden retreat with amenities galore including: pool, lily ponds, fire pit, billiards, indoor lounge with comfortable restroom facilities and hot water, private camping sites with electric and water, gated property is impeccably clean,, quiet, convenient, and restful. Best Hipcamp by far we have stay in over the past year. Nancy and I will definitely come back when in the Sebring area. 2 nights at Blue Fox Ranch: Lake & Farm Camp

We loved tent camping here! I loved that the horses come up to say hello (although keep an eye on your stuff lol!), it was nice to be surrounded by farm animals. There was ample privacy, the bathroom/shower room was spotless and worked well. Stargazing at nighttime was excellent. Luiz was a gracious host and responded quickly to any questions we had. 10/10 recommend!

Quiet, peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed watching the cows stroll by in the distance. Leah was great to communicate with and made it easy to find our space. We wish we had stayed longer and plan on returning for a longer stay. Everything was well maintained and the surroundings were just beautiful!

Me and my kids had a beautiful stay at Luiz farm! It’s very peaceful, the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen. Luiz is very friendly and helpful, he even made a dough bait for my son to fish. Kids loved to feed horses, bring some carrots and apples. We definitely recommend this place for a peaceful gateway.
