Our two level (full hookup) RV pads are on beautiful Anastasia Island within walking distance to the Atlantic ocean, Pier Court Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Anastasia State Park is within a mile. St. Augustine is just over the Bridge of Lions three miles away. Each pad has its own furnished patio and small green yard space. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions. We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet. Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 32' in length. Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length. We accept small Class A Motorhomes (32' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers. Sorry, no tent camping is allowed. There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard. We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island. We are LGBTQ friendly. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here. Pets are welcome on leash. accompanied by an adult, Each pet is $5. additional fee. There is an off leash park two blocks away. Most of the beaches are also pet friendly. We are hoping to have our first harvest in 3 to 5 years, until then, we are importing olive oil, representing some of the best olive oils in the world, and educating the consumers about the great qualities and properties of cooking and enjoying the best, heathiest oil in the world, as well as olives. Olive Land Farms also sell trees for homes and garden. In addition to our Olive grove we are a carbon farm, as our trees grow, they will be absorbing carbon dioxide form the environment. 11 nights at Vineyard Lake Getaway

We have family in JAX and spent 11 nights at Kenny's property. We were super stoked to discover it and will be coming back on subsequent trips! The site is large, quiet, and convenient. Kenny was gracious and let us take our grandkids fishing (catch and release) on his private pond. We made some great memories with our two older FL grandkids catching bluegill and bass. Full hookups were a plus! Be sure to bring a 50-amp adapter plug. Amazing stay!

It's very peaceful, there was only 1 other rv there the whole time. There was a bonfire on Thanksgiving, I wanted to go, but I didn't get an invite and didn't want to intrude uninvited, as there were other people and I wanted to respect their space and time with family on the holiday. Also the temperature had finally dropped from shorts on the beach to holiday weather, and my heater was acting weird. And I was freezing. That fire was beautiful though, I was quite tempted. The lake is calm and relaxing. All in all a good spot to rv

Brian’s property was a great spot for us! He greeted us and lead us to our spot and then we found out his wife Phyllis bakes muffins and cookies so we bought some muffins for breakfast. They were delicious! We had a problem with our RV not starting on the morning we were supposed to leave and Brian was extremely helpful in giving us assistance with finding a mechanic that could help us. Brian even towed our bus to the repair shop with his tractor! We were very grateful and would definitely recommend this property because of its safe location and the wonderful people who own it. Great Hipcamp experience!

I really enjoyed my time camping here. They have a peaceful property with beautiful horses and a nice reservoir that geese and other birds stop at. The stars at night are clear to see. Brian and his wife were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything to do with camping and RV life.

Excellent location. Easy 3 mile drive to St Augustine. Close to the beach, lighthouse, alligator zoo. The friendly Host met us on arrival and shared lots of information about the area. Easy RV hook ups. A pond at the back of the property has birds, turtles. 2 miles from supermarket.

Stayed the night for a concert at the Amp and it was perfect! Robert was super nice and accommodating. We have a 34ft toy hauler and the water & electric hook up worked well. Uber ride to the amp was only 6minutes. We will definitely be back again. Thanks Robert!

Sherri and Robert were incredibly gracious hosts. The spot is tight, but it is close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. Mr. Robert gave us an orientation complete with restaurant guides and city map!! Incredible sweet people, not for the novice parker.

Although the place was wonderful with curious geese and a peaceful pond it made up for the lack of people capable of picking up after their dogs...so luckily we had a large mat and spread it out to keep from stepping in piles of month old dried dog poop. Otherwise hook up was a breeze, the sewer could use some weed whacking for easy spotting but never heard a word from the owners dogs which kept their distance upon arrival, Kenny was responsive and let us enjoy 1 out of 2 days alone on the property while he went and camped himself. I should hopefully return as the view was a change of pace.

Beautiful secluded site with full hook up and plenty of room for your dogs to run around. Great cell reception and close to Starke if you need to get supplies. Brian was a great, friendly and responsive host. I recommend this site and would probably return on my travels.
