Our two level (full hookup) RV pads are on beautiful Anastasia Island within walking distance to the Atlantic ocean, Pier Court Park and the St. Augustine Amphitheater. Anastasia State Park is within a mile. St. Augustine is just over the Bridge of Lions three miles away. Each pad has its own furnished patio and small green yard space. We have a small fishing lake in the back yard (unfenced). There is a national bird rookery preserve a few blocks away so the bird watching is wonderful. There is an alligator farm and a dolphin aquarium on the island., as well as a historic continuous working light house and Maritime Museum. Our pads are just across the Bridge of Lions (2 miles) from the Oldest USA city, St. Augustine, Fl. The historic Fountain of Youth is here along with Castillo de San Marcus National Monument, St. George Street, the historic district plus many other attractions. We have two level paver RV Pads. They both have electric, black and grey water cleanout, fast high speed internet (full hookup). They each have private patios for picnics, socializing, and relaxing. Both pads have high speed internet. Pad 1 accommodates an RV up to up to 32' in length. Pad 2 accommodates an RV up to 34' in length. We accept small Class A Motorhomes (32' and under), Class B, Class C, Small 5th Wheel, Pop-up Campers, Vans and Travel Trailers. Sorry, no tent camping is allowed. There is also a large back deck with picnic area overlooking the small fishing lake in the back yard. We enjoy meeting fellow travelers and sharing our paradise island. We are LGBTQ friendly. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location has easy access to great adventures, history and wonderful memories may be made here. Pets are welcome on leash. accompanied by an adult, Each pet is $5. additional fee. There is an off leash park two blocks away. Most of the beaches are also pet friendly. We have 2 varieties from Greece: Koroneiki and Kalamata, 2 varieties from Italy: Taggianca and Ascolana, and 4 varieties from Spain: Picuale, Manzanilla, Arbozana and Arbequina. We are hoping to have our first harvest in 3 to 5 years, until then, we are importing olive oil, representing some of the best olive oils in the world, and educating the consumers about the great qualities and properties of cooking and enjoying the best, heathiest oil in the world, as well as olives. Olive Land Farms also sell trees for homes and garden. In addition to our Olive grove we are a carbon farm, as our trees grow, they will be absorbing carbon dioxide form the environment. Brian’s property was a great spot for us! He greeted us and lead us to our spot and then we found out his wife Phyllis bakes muffins and cookies so we bought some muffins for breakfast. They were delicious! We had a problem with our RV not starting on the morning we were supposed to leave and Brian was extremely helpful in giving us assistance with finding a mechanic that could help us. Brian even towed our bus to the repair shop with his tractor! We were very grateful and would definitely recommend this property because of its safe location and the wonderful people who own it. Great Hipcamp experience!

I really enjoyed my time camping here. They have a peaceful property with beautiful horses and a nice reservoir that geese and other birds stop at. The stars at night are clear to see. Brian and his wife were very helpful and knowledgeable about everything to do with camping and RV life.

Excellent location. Easy 3 mile drive to St Augustine. Close to the beach, lighthouse, alligator zoo. The friendly Host met us on arrival and shared lots of information about the area. Easy RV hook ups. A pond at the back of the property has birds, turtles. 2 miles from supermarket.

Stayed the night for a concert at the Amp and it was perfect! Robert was super nice and accommodating. We have a 34ft toy hauler and the water & electric hook up worked well. Uber ride to the amp was only 6minutes. We will definitely be back again. Thanks Robert!

Sherri and Robert were incredibly gracious hosts. The spot is tight, but it is close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. Mr. Robert gave us an orientation complete with restaurant guides and city map!! Incredible sweet people, not for the novice parker.

Weekend Trip to Vineyard Lake Getaway

Although the place was wonderful with curious geese and a peaceful pond it made up for the lack of people capable of picking up after their dogs...so luckily we had a large mat and spread it out to keep from stepping in piles of month old dried dog poop. Otherwise hook up was a breeze, the sewer could use some weed whacking for easy spotting but never heard a word from the owners dogs which kept their distance upon arrival, Kenny was responsive and let us enjoy 1 out of 2 days alone on the property while he went and camped himself. I should hopefully return as the view was a change of pace.

I’ve been here numerous times. Extremely relaxing. Kids loves it like they do every time we come. Plenty of room to run and play. Stayed outside almost the entire time. Dogs loved it too. I’m sure I’ll be back.

The stay at Sherri and Robert’s was a great overnight with easy to follow instructions and adequate facilities. The hosts were very welcoming on arrival and despite the close quarters were not intrusive. I hooked up to electric and filled up on water, and was able to walk my dog around the neighborhood for exercise. The spot was close to area restaurants and attractions and I would stay again. Perhaps the only negative is the price which I felt was inflated for the limited space provided.

Brian's property has a large beautiful pond that sites #1 & #2 sit alongside. I was in site #2 at the far end of the pond with a fire pit and outdoor chairs with cushions for seating. I had plenty of room to walk around and play with my dogs and not be intruding on other people's space. Brian was very friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going okay. It was extremely peaceful and quiet the two nights I stayed. I would definitely stay there again.
